A Retrospective Analysis Of The Incidence Factors And Clinical Treatment Of 170 Patients With Urticaria

Purpose:a retrospective clinical analysis was carried out by the Auxiliary Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2015 to December2016 31 daytime Department of Dermatology 170 cases of hospitalized patients with urticaria cases,curative effect analysis and clinical characteristics of patients with urticaria in our hospital,summarizing the clinical experience of urticaria,etiological factors,urticaria pathogenesis,syndrome distribution and clinical therapy through the research and discussion of the system.Methods: retrospective survey in January 1,2015-2016 year in December 31 st in case of urticaria patients hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology of the 170 Auxiliary Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for example,project the patient's gender,age,duration,location,occupation,medical history,inducement,onset season,medical payment,or exacerbation of predisposing factors,disease history,drug allergy,allergy original,laboratory examination,hospitalization time and treatment methods of the registration list,and retrospective analysis.Research Results:1 general situation: the study collected a total of 170 cases,56 cases of male patients(32.94%),114 cases of female patients(67.06%),the proportion of male and female patients was 1:2.04;age 10-81 years;the average age was 47.9 years;the shortest duration of 3 hours,the longest for 30 years,the duration of 1 the year accounted for 73.53%,accounted for26.47% years duration is greater than or equal to L.The length of hospital stay was 4 days,the longest was 21 days,and the average length of stay was about 11.87 days.123(73.35%)of the patients had no bad habits,and(36)of the patients(21.18%)had a habit of smoking,and(12.35%)of the patients(21)preferred to drink.The patients with urticaria were more common in staff,retirees and workers.2 disease related history: urticaria can occur throughout the year,in which the summer(32.94%),autumn(31.76%)season is more common.The first onset was more common in summer.The pathogenesis of chronic urticaria most without obvious inducement,few patients from food,drugs,wasp sting,wind,chemicals,and other physical and emotional(Hair Coloring)or environmental factors(in case of cold or hot air)cause disease.60 sick persons had one or more of the past records of drug allergy,drug irritability to penicillin,cephalosporins,sulfamethoxazole,streptomycin and other antibiotics to see;37 patients with angioedema.86 patients denied the history of the disease,84 patients with a history of one or more diseases,including coronary heart diseases,diabetes,hypertension and other diseases;more than 18 patients with other allergic diseases.3 laboratory examination: allergen screening was performed in 152 patients.Food specific Ig G was more common in 1-3,wheat,egg yolk,soy,milk,COD,tomatoes and more.Allergen specific Ig E positive patients with 1-3 were more common among the inhalation group in dust mite mites,elm willow poplar,Artemisia argyi,Aspergillus fumigatus,Rhizopus Penicillium Alternaria was more common in intake group,egg yolk,soybean,peanut,hazelnut,pistachio tomatoes to see.4 TCM syndromes: cold beam phenotype in 15 cases,143 cases of wind heat invading the phenotype of type 10 cases,gastrointestinal damp heat and blood deficiency and wind dryness type in 2 cases.Results: 5 cases were cured,markedly valid in 87 cases,valid in 77 cases,ineffective in all cases,the total valid rate was up to 97.06%.Conclusion:1 patients with urticaria in women than men,elderly patients in primary human population.2 seasons of the year may be the pathogenesis of urticaria,in summer and autumn in.3 Urticaria etiology is complex,and food,medicine,the environment is closely related.4 the food specific Ig G was more common in wheat,egg yolk,soybean,milk,COD and tomato.Allergen specific Ig E: inhalation in dust mite mites,elm willow poplar,Artemisia argyi,Aspergillus fumigatus,Penicillium notatum Alternaria Rhizopus nigricans is more common;eating group of peanut,soybean,egg,tomato,hazelnut,pistachio.5 traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of urticaria,according to traditional Chinese medicine treatment,while giving western medicine,significant effect.
