Objective: To explore the pathogenic factors,clinical characteristics,laboratory examination and treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis.Materials and methods: the clinical data of 53 patients with pustular psoriasis diagnosed in dermatology department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2009 to December 2019 were collected.The age of onset,age,sex,season of onset,history of previous disease and drug use,predisposing factors,clinical manifestations at admission,laboratory examination,treatment plan and drug use,drug side effects were analyzed The data of reaction,hospital stay and pustule regression were collected.The data in WPS excel were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Result:1.General situation: in 53 cases,the ratio of male to female is 1:1.76,and the average age of onset is 45.98 ± 15.98 years old.Patients without history of psoriasis vulgaris(mean age of onset 25.13 ± 18.51 years)were younger than those with history of psoriasis vulgaris(mean age of onset 52.19 ± 12.67 years).2.Inducement: the seasonal rule was not obvious,26 cases had no obvious inducement,27 cases had inducement,including 7 cases of upper respiratory tract infection,6 cases of fever,8 cases of drug reduction or discontinuation,2 cases after operation,7 cases of pharyngeal pain or tonsillar swelling,1 case of contacting stimulant.3.Disease history: 6 cases of previous cardiovascular diseases,13 cases of hypertension,9cases of diabetes,9 cases of liver and gallbladder diseases,1 case of respiratory diseases and1 case of epilepsy.4.Laboratory examination: nearly half of the patients had leukocyte or neutrophil elevation,liver enzyme abnormality in 5 cases,low calcium in 9 cases,high uric acid in 13 cases,abnormal blood lipid in 39 cases,low total protein in 16 cases,immune dysfunction in 48 cases,blood glucose in 9 cases,CRP in 20 cases,fatty liver in 14 cases.5.Treatment results: 38 cases were effective;13 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.22%.Conclusion:1.The age of onset of GPP is mostly middle-aged.The age of onset of GPP patients without history of silver filings is earlier than that of normal GPP patients;2.The disease can be induced by infection and inappropriate use of hormone,and the Hemogram of nearly half of the patients indicates inflammatory reaction;3.All the patients were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,mainly clearing away heat,detoxifying and cooling blood.The total effective rate was 98.11%.
