Retrospective Analysis Of 256 Cases Of Herpes Zoster Treated With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: In recent years,the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people in herpes zoster has increased,causing widespread concern;And the disease lingering is difficult to heal,and to seek better integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment by the attention of experts.This study retrospectively analyzed the case data of inpatients with basic diagnosis and treatment in the Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analyzed and summarized the characteristics,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and curative effect of the cases,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:With the technical support of the Chinese Medicine Inheriting Computing Platform(3.0),the National Science and Technology Promotion Software,retrospective study was conducted on the cases of hospitalized patients in the Department of Dermatology from January 2020 to December 2020,and the general information(gender,age,onset season),previous history,specialized information,syndrome type,medication rules,etc.,were analyzed by using the system.The data characteristics were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.General data: A total of 256 cases of clinical data were collected.In terms of gender difference,there were 155 female patients(60.5%)and 101 male patients(39.5%)with >.In terms of onset age,109 cases were mainly in 60-70 years old,accounting for 42.6%,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of the onset season,> could occur in all seasons.In autumn,the incidence of > was higher in spring,winter and summer,with 106 cases,accounting for 41.40%.In terms of the influence of basic diseases,hypertension,diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were included as the basic diseases among the 256 patients,among which 136 patients were suffering from internal diseases,accounting for 53.1%.In terms of adverse lifestyle effects such as smoking and drinking,51 people smoked and 54 people drank,accounting for 19.9% and 21.1%,respectively.181 people neither smoked nor drank,accounting for 70.7%.2.Traditional Chinese medicine data: syndrome types include liver meridian heat stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness accumulation syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Most of the syndrome types are liver meridian heat stagnation syndrome,up to 195 cases,accounting for 76.2% of the sum of the three syndrome types.The most common sites of herpes zoster were chest and back,head and face,waist and abdomen,which were 145,123,101 times,accounting for 28.9%,24.5%,20.1%,accounting for 73.5% of the total proportion.For tongue vein,chordal vein and smooth vein were 27% and 22%,respectively.The highest rate of red tongue and yellow greasy moss was 64% and 36%,respectively.The main treatments were "bitter" and "cold" antipyretic drugs that entered the heart and liver meridians for 3990 times(40.5%),2532 times(49.5%)and 1,948 times(55.4%),respectively.Rheumatis rehmannii(193 times),Ligusticum yanhuso(191 times),gendanthus(190 times)and Yanhuso yanhuso(165 times)were the representatives.In terms of analgesia,oral drugs such as Ligusticum chuanxiong,Yanhuso yanhuso,Moutan bark,Melia chinensis seed and Tianwu had prominent analgesic effects,with a total frequency of802 times,accounting for 28.4% in total.At the same time,external treatment with auricular point pressure bean,ear tip bleeding,TDP magic lamp,ordinary acupuncture,fire needle treatment as the main pain treatment means,can shorten the length of hospital stay.3 Western medicine data: the average skin lesion score before treatment was 6.00 ± 2.15 points,and the average skin lesion score after treatment was 0.87±0.72 points.The average pain score of hospitalized patients was 6.80±0.97 points,and that of post-treatment patients was 2.65±0.45 points.The statistical results of the past history of the patients showed that there were 46 cases of grade 3 hypertension,41 cases of type 2 diabetes,and 30 cases of grade 3 hypertension,a total of 117 cases,accounting for 50.4% of the total basic diseases.Chronic medical diseases such as hypertension and diabetes are more likely to cause varicella-zoster virus.Antiviral drugs,analgesics,glucocorticoid,red light,cold spray and other external treatment,pain relief effect is good.4.Finally,the effective rate reached 98.4% through the above methods of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Conclusion:1.The onset age of herpes zoster is concentrated in middle and old age.The incidence of autumn patients is higher;Most of the patients suffer from one or more basic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.2 syndrome type with liver meridian heat stagnation syndrome more frequently;Tongue veins with red moss yellow greasy tongue,pulse string,slippery;The site is mainly located in the head,chest and flank.3.The characteristic internal treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in our hospital is the conventional western medicine treatment combined with the basic prescription of each syndrome type,including the addition and reduction of corydalis corydalis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Corydalis peony and Sumanwu,etc.,to improve the quality of life of patients in general.The characteristic external treatment of our hospital is the combination of fire needle,auricular acupoint therapy and photoelectric treatment to improve the treatment efficiency of patients.
