Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hemifacial Spasm With Qinglingyu Needle Combined With Shaoyao Gancao Decoction

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of seirin pyonex needles combined with peony licorice decoction in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Material and method: This research method included in 60 patients with hemifacial spasm.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group(seirin pyonex needles combined with peony licorice decoction )and control group (carbamazepine tablets) according to random number table method,30 patients in each group.Treatment group:seirin pyonex needls treatment:Wangu,Qianzheng,Spasm obvious points,at the same time to peony licorice decoction(peony 30g, licorice lOg, silkworm 10g, scorpion 5g. Yin deficiency wind syndromes add cornus lOg, yam lOg, rehmannia lOg. Blood deficiency wind syndromes add chuanxiong 10g, rehmannia lOg, angelica lOg.) The control group was treated with oral carbamazepine.Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM score and spasticity were evaluated to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 33.3%. The treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.The test group and the control group can reduce the degree of spasticity before and after treatment(P<0.05), And the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3. The treatment group and the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the treatment group was 93.3%, the control group was 33.3%.Comparison of TCM syndrome points,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1. Seirin pyonex needles combined with peony licorice decoction and western medicine carbamazepine treatment of hemifacial spasm have a certain effect.2. The therapeutic effect of seirin pyonex needles combined with peony licorice decoction is better than that of western medicine carbamazepine.
