Clinical Analysis Of Peony And Licorice Decoction On Cholecystectomy Biliary Type Of Oddi Dysfunction

Object: To observe the clinical curative effect of Peony and Licorice Decoction on thecholecystectomy patient (biliary type of sphincter of Oddi dysfunction).Method: We consult the standard of Rome III (gallbladder and sphincter of Oddidysfunction)and the diagnostic criteria for biliary type of SOD,In ourhospital(June,2009-August,2011),56cases of cholecystectomy for the diagnosis ofbiliary type SOD patients were retrospectively analyzed.Using randomized controlledmethods, divided them into treatment group and control group.30cases in the treatmentgroup (including4cases of biliary type I,8cases of biliary type II,18cases of biliarytype III),10cases of male,20cases of female,Age between35-85years old,an averageof62±23years old,The time of onset is16-57months after the operation, an averageof20.4±5.3months.26cases in the control group (including2cases of biliary type I,8cases of biliary type II,16cases of biliary type III),8cases of male,18cases offemale,Age between30-78years old,an average of39.7±15.1years old,The time ofonset is11-65months after the operation, an average of13.4±2.6months.The twogroups were all treated with anti-infection, Correct electrolyte disorder,Adjust thediet,the treatment process were not given antispasmodic.The treatment group oral Peonyand Licorice Decoction, while the control group oral placebo (ice Black Tea).The twogroups use the same dose and usage.Observate the treatment effect of oral medicinePeony and Licorice Decoction,And make later follow-up of patients in1year. makePain relief, liver function and bile duct diameter decreases as the observation index,to evaluate its curative effect.Result: In the treatment group25cases were effective(2case of type I,6cases of typeII,17cases of type III), the Effective rate was83.3%. After1year4cases were recured(1case of type I，2cases of type II,1cases of type III),the relapse rate was16%.In thecontrol group4cases were effective(0case of type I,1case of type II,3cases of type III),the Effective rate was15.4%. After1year4cases were recured(1cases of type II,3casesof type III),the relapse rate was100%.Peony and Licorice Decoction has a significanteffect on improving the liver function and reducing the diameter of common bile ductand has no obvious side effects.Conclusion: Oral Peony and Licorice Decoction has an ignificant effect on biliary typeof SOD after cholecystectomy, and it also has short course, quick effect, improve liverfunction, reduce the degree of dilatation of common bile duct, little side effect, lowrecurrence rate.but it need the large sample test to verify the differences on each type ofbiliary type of SOD. for Ineffective treatment patients, EST therapy is the preferredsolution, for the EST taboo and its treatment difficulties we can consider to chooseoperation treatmentat.
