Clinical Observation Of PELD Combined With Peony Licorice Decoction In The Treatment Of Single Segment Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Target: To compare and analyze the pre-treatment,post-treatment VAS score,JOA score and serum inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6)to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatments,providing a reference for clinical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis.Method: 1.According to the needs of the study,that is,the criteria for inclusion and exclusion must be met.From June 2017 to November 2018,we selected 46 cases of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis in the inpatient and outpatient treatment of the second Department of bone injury(spine orthopaedics)in our hospital.2.Random divided into intervertebral lens technology combined with Peony licorice soup group,simple intervertebral lens technology group,each 23 cases.3.The surgery in this study was performed by the same surgeon,all of whom used the side approach.Intervertebral lens technology combined with Peony licorice soup in 23 cases(oral Chinese medicine from the first day of surgery,one dose per day,divided into two doses,a total of 21 doses);Simple PELD group 23 cases.By comparing the VAS score before and after treatment for 7 days,1 month,and 3 months,the lumbar JOA score,As well as serum inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatments.4.The obtained data are systematically compared using statistics.Among them,SPSS 19,a statistical software,helps to calculate and analyze the data.Later,it summarizes the data,analyzes the data,draws conclusions,and finally evaluates the therapeutic effects of the research.Outcomes:1.Before treatment,the interference of the basic factors of the patients in the group,the interference of gender,age,and responsibility in our study,and the analysis and comparison of their data in the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05),There are no significant differences and they are comparable(see tables 1,2,3,4).Again,we ruled out the effects of the observation indicators before the treatment of the two groups of patients,pre-treatment VAS score,lumbar JEA score,serum inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6).Using the independent sample T test method,the differences between the research indicators of the two groups before treatment were compared and analyzed.(P > 0.05)There was no significant difference.The research indicators before treatment between the two groups were comparable(see table 5 for details).2.There were significant differences between the VAS and JOA scores in the treatment group and the control group at the three time points after treatment.After treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared between the two groups of data at each corresponding time point.The same sample T test method was used(P & lt;0.05)There was a significant difference in the VAS and JOA scores between the two groups at the same time.In the treatment group and the control group,the tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the serum during the three time points(7 days,1 month,3 months)after treatment were compared.P<UNK> 0.05,with a statistical difference,after treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6)was significantly reduced,and the corresponding time points between the two groups of data were analyzed and compared.(P & lt;0.05)There was a significant difference between the two groups of patients in the serum of the same time point in the inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6)group.3.The total curative effect of the two groups: the total curative effect result data is: treatment group: excellent 16 cases,good 5 cases,can be 1 case,poor 1 case,the total effective rate is 95.7 %,excellent rate is 91.4 %,;Control group: excellent 12 cases,good 4 cases,can be 6 cases,poor 1 case,the total effective rate is: 95.4 %,excellent rate is 69.7 %.It can be seen that in terms of the excellent rate,the technical group of Peony licorice decoction combined with intervertebral lens was higher than that of intervertebral lens group,and the effect was more obvious than that of the control group,which satisfied the patient.Conclusion:1.Two different treatment methods are effective for single-segment lumbar vertebral canal stenosis.Among them,PELD combined with Peony licorice decoction is better than simple PELD.2.PELD combined with Peony licorice decoction for the treatment of single lumbar vertebral canal stenosis is positive.Peony licorice decoction can relieve the patient's symptoms and improve the postoperative effect of intervertebral lens.It is a clinically operable treatment with no side effects and high patient satisfaction.It can be used as a routine therapy.
