| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gouqin Disui Decoction on the idiopathic hemifacial spasm(HFS).Method:60 patients choosed according to the diagnose standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The observation group was given the Gouqin Disui Decoction,and the control group was given Yangxueqingnao Granule.After a total of 28 days,the scores of HFS,quality of life and TCM symptoms were observed.Results:The clinical research showed that the total effectie rata of treatment group was 83.33%and control group was 66.67%(P<0.05).The quality of life and symptoms of TCM in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion:Gouqin Disui Decoction was an effective prescription for the treatment of idiopathic HFS.This study provided new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of idiopathic HFS. |
