Clinical Analysis Of Prognostic Factors Of Cervical Adenocarcinoma And The Effect Of Matrine-related Preparation Intervention On Its Prognosis

Purpose:Analysis the related factors may affect the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma,discuss the traditional Chinese medicine(sophora related preparation)auxiliary treatment effect on the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma,provides the theoretical basis of Chinese and western medicine treatment for the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma.Material and method:Retrospective analysis in January 2014 to December 2016 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute treatment of 178 cases of the pathological diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma patients,among them 5 cases were refused to treat,a total of 173 cases were included in the study.According to the case inclusion criteria to collect related clinical data of patients.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze and process the collected data,1 year,2 years and 3 years survival rate using life table method,single factor analysis of cervical adenocarcinoma patients using Kaplan Meier-method,difference test using Log-rank method,multi-factor analysis using Cox regression for data processing.It has statistical significance for P < 0.05.Results: 1.Included in the study of the cervical adenocarcinoma patients recurrence rate was 2.31%,the transfer rate of 9.83%.Survival rate was 91% at 1 year,2 year survival rate was 76%,3 year survival rate was 73%.2.Clinical stage,muscular infiltration degree and lymph node involvement are the influence factors of prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma(P < 0.05),and clinical stage and lymph node involvement are the independent prognostic factors(P < 0.05).3.The cervical adenocarcinoma with FIGO I 3 years survival rate is 92%,with FIGO II 3 years survival rate is 74%,with FIGO III 3 years survival rate is 36%,the overall 3 years survival rate is 81%.4.Chinese traditional medicine(sophora related preparation)treatment is not the influence factors of prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma(P > 0.05),but it can be seen from the survival rate,using the traditional Chinese medicine treatment is better.Conclusion: 1.Clinical stage,muscular infiltration degree and lymph node involvement are the influence factors of prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma,and clinical stage and lymph node involvement are the independent prognostic factors.2.Traditional Chinese medicine(sophora related preparation)auxiliary treatment had no effect on the survival rate of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma,but can improve the survival rate of patients with cervical cancer,to improve the prognosis.
