Prognostic And Clinical Analysis Of 53 Cases Of ?b~?a Cervical Adenocarcinoma

Objective: To retrospective analysis of the clinical clinicopathologic characteristics,clinical follow-up date and treatment outcome of 53 cases of ?b ~? a cervical adenocarcinoma patients which was treated with hysterectomy and systematic lymphadenectomy.To investigate the clinicopathologic factors and the prognosis of ?b~ ? a cervical adenocarcinoma.Methods : To collect the basic clinical information say clinical and pathologic dates clinic stage tumor gross,pelvic lymph node metastasis,cervical stromal invasion and ovarian metastasis Age,gravidity,parity,lymphatic clearance involvement chemotherapy times and tumor size clinical follow-up dates and treatment outcome of 53 cases of adenocarcinoma of cervix from 1997 to 2013.Use the life-table method to calculate the 5-year survival rate.Use the log-rank test method to analyze the relationship between 5-year survival rate and clinical pathological parameters,COX regression was used to determine independent prognostic factors.Results : The 5-year overall survival rate was correlated with clinic stage,tumor gross,pelvic lymph node metastasis,cervical stromal invasion and ovarian metastasis(p<0.05),Age,gravidity,parity,lymphatic clearance involvement chemotherapy times and tumor size are not correlated with the 5-year overall survival rate(p>0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed prognostic factors of patients with cervical cancer were clinic stage,tumor gross,pelvic lymph node metastasis and ovarian metastasis were the prognostic factors of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:clinic stage,tumor gross,pelvic lymph node metastasis and ovarian metastasis were the prognostic factors to cervical adenocarcinoma...
