Objective:To evaluate the relative risk facters and impact of adjuvant treatment on the disease recurrance of Uyghur women and Han women early-stage cervical adenocarcinoma in Xinjiang Province. Methods:One hundred and twelve FIGO I~IIB patients diagnosed with cervical adenocarcinona were treated by Xinjiang Medical University affiliated Tumor Hospital from 1 Jan,2010 to 31 Dec,2013.The demographic, treatment and survival information were retrospectively reviewed.Follow-up and survival data were also collected.Data were analyzed using COX proportion hazards regression and Kaplan-meier method. Results: Constituent ratios of cervical adenocarcinoma patients of han nationality in Xinjiang is the largest, the proportion of the Uyghur,Han is 4.44:1.The mean age of the patients was 46 years(25~71 years).80 of 112 patients(71.42%)were given radical hysterectomy and/or bilateral salpingo-oophrectony(BOS)and/or lymphadenectomy during primary treatment. The mean follow-up time 32.5 months(9~60month),28 patients died of the disease. In the univariate analysis,late-stage disease(P=0.001)and pelvic nodal metastasis(P<0.001)were related to tumor recurrence.Surgical treatment of patients with long survival time, but comprehensive treatment of patients survival time is short(P<0.001).While in the multivariate analysis,Between the prognosis of patients with stage IIB and IIA have statistical significance(P=0.043).Lymph node was statistically significant between the prognosis of patients with positive and negative(P=0.040).Between the prognosis of patients with simple operation and comprehensive treatment have statistical significance(P=0.035).In constituent ratios of cervical adenocarcinoma patients of han nationality in xinjiang is the largest, but it is no statistical significance between prognosis and nantional(P > 0.05).Conclusion:In constituent ratios of cervical adenocarcinoma patients of han nationality in xinjiang is the largest, but it is no statistical significance between prognosis and nantional.cervicaladenocarcinoma with poor prognosis,late-stage disease and pelvic nodal metastasis are the independent risk factors. Both surgery and chemotherapy can improve the prognosis of patients with different degree, but comprehensive treatment can not, because.
