Background:Cervical cancer is in addition to the breast cancer in women worldwide morbidity and mortality of the most common malignant tumor,is also the highest incidence of female reproductive system tumor. In developing countries, cervical cancer accounts for about 24% of female malignant tumor,a serious threat to women's health, life and quality of life.Cervical cancer common pathological type of cervical squamous carcinoma, cervical adenocarcinoma and gland scale cancer three types, including the incidence of cervical carcinoma in recent years gradually increased, and more incline to at younger.Cervical adenocarcinoma compared with cervical squamous cell carcinomas showed different biological characteristics, such as cervical adenocarcinoma is cervical squamous carcinoma pathogenesis conceal, different clinical manifestations and the examination of department of gynaecology, preoperative misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, easy to affect the choice of the diagnosis and treatment, and the cervical adenocarcinoma is sensitive to radiation than cervical squamous carcinoma, and poor prognosis.Although many researchers are currently committed to study factors related to the prognosis of cervical carcinoma, but the cervical adenocarcinoma accurate prognostic factors have not been clear. So study the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma of the related factors,so as to guide the clinical treatment makes sense. Objective:To study the early cervical adenocarcinoma(I B1-stage II A)after surgical treatment for the prognosis of patients with related factors. Methods:In our hospital on January 1,2005 to January 1,2015 early treated 80 cases of patients with early cervical adenocarcinoma(FIGO staging I B1-II-A period)were retrospectively analyzed, and the 80 patients were performed radical hysterectomy + double appendix resection and pelvic lymph node cleaning operation, collect all the clinical data of patients, including demographic data, clinical data and follow-up information, etc.,to observe and record the disease-free survival in patients with diseases-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(overall survival,OS).To age, tumor stage, the degree of differentiation, tumor diameter, menopause, lymph node metastasis, interstitial infiltration depth,LVSI,tumor markers, the cumulative accessories, whether preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, whether radiation and chemotherapy after operation,P16 statistical analysis of such factors as the Kaplan-Meier survival rate of the method to calculate the Log-rank test comparing single factor analysis and each group survival curve,Cox regression model analysis of many factors, research the effect of prognosis of cervical carcinoma. Results:Review of 80 patients with early cervical carcinoma pathogenesis minimum age was 29 years old, biggest onset age,73 years, the average age of 45.6 years, including 40-49 patients with the highest incidence of a disease,80 patients survival time of 8-124 months, the median survival time of 50 months,10 cases of deaths due to cervical adenocarcinoma(12.5%).Return visit patients by rates were 90.5% at 3 years and 5 years survival rate was 87.1%.Single factor analysis showed that age, menopause, clinical stage, tumor diameter, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the depth of stromal infiltration survival difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Cox risk proportion regression model to age, clinical stage, menopause or not, degree of differentiation, tumor diameter, interstitial infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis factors such as factor analysis, the results showed that interstitial infiltration depth, differentiation degree, menopause is the independent factors influencing the prognosis of cervical carcinoma. Conclusion:Interstitial infiltration depth, differentiation degree, menopause or not is the independent factors affecting early cervical carcinoma postoperative outcomes.
