Research On Reputation Evaluation Of A Top Three Hospital In Wuhan

Research background:Hospital reputation is fame or celebrity in social public,it is an important part of public hospital reform,and its core content is the social public trust.In recent years,the patient's trust is low in the hospital,and the hospital reputation is not high.How to improve and maintain hospital reputation has become our country public hospital reform issues.Research purpose:In this paper,taking the top three hospitals of Wuhan City,Hubei Province as an example,this paper will use relevant theory to evaluate the level of hospital reputation,and analyzes the factors influencing hospital reputation,explores the countermeasures to improve the level of hospital reputation,to provide evidence for hospital reputation management policy.Research methods:Through the field investigation,210 outpatients of the top three hospitals in Wuhan were surveyed about hospital reputation evaluation questionnaires,and 201 valid questionnaires were retrieved and the effective rate was 95.7%.The hospital reputation rating scale includes two levels: rational cognition and perceptual cognition;The hospital reputation relating factor scale includes six levels: hospital strength,hospital service,medical price,work efficiency,hospital environment,social responsibility.Questionnaires were used in the form of the Likert 5 scale,totally disagree,disagree,indeterminate,agreed and fully agreed.Data processing will use Excel and SPSS19.0 software to build a questionnaire database,descriptive analysis,t test,analysis of variance and linear correlation analysis.Questionnaire reliability and validity: hospital reputation scale(?=0.897,KMO=0.909,P<0.01)and hospital reputation influencing factors scale(?=0.946,KMO=0.928,P<0.01).Research results:1.Hospital reputation evaluation: the overall level of hospital reputation(3.45±.869).2.Patients with different income levels,medical insurance form,the hospital reputation evaluation difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The relationship between relating factors and hospital reputation: social responsibility(R=0.822 P<0.01)and hospital strength(R=0.808 P<0.01)were closely related to the evaluation of hospital reputation.Hospital service(R=0.791 P<0.01),work efficiency(R=0.765 P<0.01),medical price(R=0.762 P<0.01),hospital environment(R=0.762 P<0.01)and hospital reputation were linearly correlated.Research conclusions:1.The general level of hospital reputation is not high.2.Income level,medical insurance,hospital social responsibility,hospital strength,hospital services,work efficiency,medical price and hospital environment is related to hospital reputation.Recommendations:1.To improve the image of hospital social welfare,strengthen the comprehensive management innovation.2.To patient-centered,improve the quality of service.3.Raise awareness of efficiency and highlight management priorities.4.To enhance the comprehensive strength,standardize the order of management.5.Optimize medical charges and increase transparency.6.To improve the hospital environment,improve the convenience.
