In recent years, physician-patient relationship does not with the further implementation of health care reform become more harmonious, on the contrary, the medical tangle cases are rising, doctor-patient conflicts is more and more prominent, physician-patient relationship deteriorated, the patient's trust is fall on the hospital, where there is a very important factor that health care related measures did not increase with the echoes of medical technology, the current health care services can not meet the needs of patients, the hospital reputation will be declined in the long run, that is very unfavorable to the health of the entire medical industry development. Therefore, it is very important to maintain and upgrade the hospital'reputation for enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital.Based on further investigation of domestic and international relevant theories and research approaches, we set up the index system of the hospital reputation measurement, build a structure model, and we conducted a survey in the patients of the five third-grade hospitals in Nanjing,230 questionnaires were distributed, and 212 were recovered, of which 192 are valid questionnaires, than conducted a factor analysis and ANOVA analysis, we extract out six main factors,which are "medical technology factor", "health care factor", "medical price factor," "mental concern factor '," social image factor "and" patient loyalty factor ", based on this we conduct an empirical study on the relationship between hospital reputation and patients'choice behavior.Orientated by patient-idea and based on the domestic and international relevant theories, we research on theory analysis, mathematics method and empirical study. We introduce the factor analysis in multifactor statistics, research it's mathematics foundation, than we synthetically use factor analysis and ANOVA analysis. In the form of empirical study we not only study the reputation condition of the five third-grade hospitals in Nanjing, but also we analyze relationship between the t hospital reputation and patients'choice behavior. Finally, the dissertation briefly explains the model, uses it to analyze many practical situations and gives suggestions of the further study.
