Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Periarthritis Of The Shoulder With Ultrasound Positioning

Objective:Through the clinical curative effect of clinical research on systematic evaluation of ultrasound-guided needle knife in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,to investigate the ultrasound guided needle knife in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder easy operation,safety and repeatability;and analyze and summarize the pathological features of ultrasonography of periarthritis of shoulder,and further to provide a theoretical basis for the super accurate positioning statement.Methods:the patients with periarthritis outpatient department of orthopedics Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,60 cases were given ultrasound marker to observe the lesions of disease and disease combined with obvious tenderness for sensitive degree mark,and then treated with small needle knife,treatment 1 times a week,a total of treatment of 3 times;and t And before the treatment,treatment after a week,two weeks,three weeks after the treatment and after treatment two weeks after the end of(follow-up)were observed and recorded VAS score and Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint.using spss21.0 statistical software to the pathologic result statistical analysis,evaluation of its curative effect.The ultrasonic results of the shoulder were analyzed and summarized.Research results:1.Sixty patients in ultrasound examination,according to the pathological changes of 42 patients with lesions of the biceps,accounted for 70%;supraspinatus tendon lesions were 13 cases,accounted for 21.7%of the subscapularis muscle(tendon)lesions in 9 patients,accounting for 15%of the acromion;three corners of the lower muscle fell 6 cases,cystic lesions accounted for 10%of patients;1 patients with acromioclavicular joint cavity disease,accounting for 1.70%;there were no obvious abnormalities in 4 cases,accounting for 6.7%.According to the nature of the lesions:34 cases showed effusion patients accounted for 56.7%(including 30 cases of tendon of long head of biceps tendon sheath fluid accounted for 50%);tendon calcification in 25 cases,accounting for 41.7%;tendon hyperplasia in 13 cases,accounting for 21.7%.2.the VAS score and shoulder joint Constant-Murley score of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis after treatment for 1 weeks,2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).It is suggested that the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder by ultrasound is effective in relieving pain of the shoulder and improving the function of shoulder joint.3.The rank matched one by one,two and two related sample inspection,VAS score before treatment>after 1 weeks of treatment>after 2 weeks of treatment>after 3 weeks of treatment=2 weeks after treatment.Constant-Murley score:before treatment<after 1 weeks of treatment<2 weeks after the treatment<after 3 weeks of treatment=2 weeks after treatment.(3)through the rank sum and the correlation of the two samples,one by one,the 22 test,the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis showed that the ultrasonic positioning of the needle knife treatment of periarthritis of shoulder curative effect is significant and stable.Research conclusion:1.the most common pathological changes of scapulohumeral periarthritis were biceps tendon and tendon sheath,followed by supraspinatus tendon.According to the nature of the lesion,the most common one was tendon sheath or bursa fluid,followed by tendon calcification.2.showed a significant difference in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder score and treatment VAS score and shoulder Constant-Murley 1 weeks,2 weeks,3 weeks ago(P<0.05);we can see that the ultrasound guided needle knife in relieving shoulder pain and improve the activity of shoulder joint were effective.3.The comparison of the VAS scores after 3 weeks and 2 weeks after treatment was P<0.05.Note:after the treatment of 1,2,3 weeks,the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder by ultrasound is effective in relieving pain.After three weeks of treatment,the pain had reached its peak,and the period of relief was no longer significant.
