OBJECTIVE:Based on the characteristics of the virtual standard in the recovery period of stroke,qi deficiency is the root of the pathogenesis.This characteristic runs through the development of stroke,and it is also the basic pathogenesis of constipation after stroke.The acupoints of Shenque acupoints were used to treat acupuncture points.The acupoints were treated with acupoints in the control group.Recovery of constipation treatment effect,for the identification of disease and syndrome combination of treatment ideas to provide the basis for the advanced nature and reliability,and clinical treatment of post-stroke constipation to provide new ideas.Methods:Randomized double-blind controlled study was performed in this study.Random numbers were used to generate random sequences.Randomized groups were included in the criteria,and the treatment group was treated with the basic treatment plan for stroke and the acupoints of the drug.The control group was the basis of stroke Treatment regimen + placebo placement.(Placebo,rhubarb,magnolia),placebo with sesame oil and brown sugar to reconcile,paste in the Shenque;once a day,every 8 hours,the course of treatment 7 days.At the end of the treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared with those of the two groups,and the improvement of the defecation interval,defecation time,defecation difficulty and individual score of Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Bristol Stool Traits,Difference in PAC-QOL before and after the PAC-QOL score The And observe the occurrence of two groups of adverse events.Results:In this study,28 cases were enrolled in the study group,including 15 cases in the treatment group and 13 cases in the control group.The final 28 cases were included in the data analysis.The scores of sex,age,total score of TCM and the time of defecation,defecation time,difficulty of defecation,score of Qi deficiency syndrome were analyzed by t-test,nonparametric test and chi-square test.There was no significant difference in the baseline of PAC-QOL score between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared with the single symptom score,the treatment group in the defecation interval,defecation rate,difficulty in defecation,defecation after fatigue,limb tired lazy symptomatic treatment group were better than the control group,the difference(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was significant Statistically significant(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The score of Bristol fecal scale in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(13.20 ± 4.07)and the control group(13 ±4.32),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 7 days treatment,the treatment group and the control group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group could better improve the TCM symptom score of the patients.(P<0.05).The PAC-QOL score of the patients in the constipation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)The index score was superior to the control group.On the safety side,there were no adverse events in the treatment group and the control group after the course of treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of constipation patients after stroke,and to improve the quality of daily life of patients with stroke.Significantly,the results of the treatment of postganglionic constipation based on the core pathogenesis were explained,and the preliminary clinical evaluation evidence was provided for the postganglionic stroke-induced constipation.
