Study On Personality Characteristics Of Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus In Shaoyang

Objective:Diabetes is not only metabolic diseases,but also psychosomatic diseases,previous studies have shown that Through the combination of the patient's psychological and personality characteristics of patients,we can significantly improve patient emotional disorders,the quality of life of patients and improve the treatment effect.Constitution includes both psychological and physiological aspects of the content,this psychological factors is similar with the psychological personality.For the constitution,it is necessary to further study and discuss in the field of psychology.Sanyin Sanyang constitution theory have important value in disease diagnosis and treatment,Which Shaoyang crowd common feelings of depression,upset and irritability,Shaoyang constitution is also a common type of type 2 diabetes patients.In this paper,we can explore the relationship between personality and constitution of shaoyang,in order to expand the application range of Sanyin-Sanyang constitution,to provide psychological proof of the emotional factors in the constitution,to further improve the level of Clinical efficacy.Method:All of the patients are estimated by sanyin-sanyang early questionnaire to investigate which constitution they are.Screening out Shaoyang constitution patients,and also selected Yangming constitution as a control group.Using Eysenck personality questionnaire for personality assessment,and the patients were divided into four types of temperament(choleric temperamen,sanguine temperament,lymphatic temperament,melancholic temperament).SPSS 18.0 statistical software oackage are used for data processing.P<0.05 was considered when comparing the result with significant difference.To explore the personality characteristics of Shaoyang constitution and Yangming constitution.Result:There were 42 males(57%),and 32 females(43%),Among them,7 were younger than 40 years old(9%),31 patients aged 40-60 years(42%),more than 60 years old patients have 36 people(49%).There are 25 cases of Yangming constitution,32 cases of Shaoyang constitution,6 cases of the Taiyang constitution,3 cases of the Jueyin constitution,7 cases of Taiyin constitution,1 case of Shaoyin constitution.40-60 years old Shaoyang physical condition of patients with N score score was significantly greater than 60 years of age in patients,p = 0.01(<0.05),indicating that middle-aged patients with anxiety,depression is more prominent.In the 40 to 60-year-old type 2 diabetic patients,the number of patients with neuroticism was significantly higher than that of Yangming physique patients(p = 0.000)(P<0.01)Significantly less than Yangming physique patients,p = 0.019(<0.05).In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus greater than 60 years of age,the E score of the Shaoyang constitution was significantly lower than that of Yangming constitution,p = 0.009(<0.01).According to the statistical analysis,it was found that the score of Nin Shaoyang physique patients was significantly higher than that of Yangming constitution,and the score of P was significantly lower than that of Yangming body.The scores of L were significantly higher than those of Yangming physique.Shaoyang physical population in line with temperament theory of melancholic temperament,temperament characteristics of introversion and instability,the patient often emotional instability,anxiety,depression,pessimism,quiet,poor communication,and Yangming physical quality consistent with the sanguine temperament,cheerful,talkative,lively,easygoing,for the personality traits,two different physical characteristics of personality may lead to two kinds of population development and prognosis differently.In the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the scores of N in patients with cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in those without cerebrovascular disease,p=0.023(<0.05).P score was significantly higher than those who did not merge cerebrovascular disease,p=0.034(<0.05).In the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the E score of patients with DKD was significantly lower than that of patients without DKD,p=0.007(<0.01).There were no significant differences in the rest of the complications.There was a significant positive correlation between E score and total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in Yangming physique patients.Conclusion:Shaoyang constitution of type 2 diabetes patients are introverted and unstable,they are melancholy,pessimistic,anxiety,obviously in line with the personality characteristics of melancholic temperament,Yang Ming constitution of type 2 diabetes patients are external and unstable,they are talkative,cheerful,lively,easygoing,obviously in line with the sanguine temperament,constitution and personality may have a clear link between.Among the patients of Shaoyang constitution,patients with cerebrovascular disease are emotionally unstable,among the patients of Yangming physical,patients with diabetic nephropathy personality will more introverted.There was a significant positive correlation between E score and TC and LDL-C in patients with Yangming constitution,presumably because of the characteristics of appetite hyperactivity in Yangming constitution.
