Objective: To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and D-type personality in the first diagnosis of Xining area, and to analyze the clinical features of type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-D-type personality type 2 diabetes patients. Methods: A total of 125 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in the outpatient department and inpatient ward of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly selected as the case group(T2DM group).100 people in the hospital for healthy physical examination were used as healthy controls(CON group). The basic data of the two groups were collected, and the waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and body mass index(BMI)were calculated. The D-line personality, anxiety and depression were evaluated in the two groups.According to whether it is a D-type personality, the T2 DM component is a subgroup of the D-type personality and the non-D-type personality T2 DM group, and the fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and high in the two subgroups are detected.Density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein,C-reactive protein, cystatin C;simple glucose tolerance test to detect blood glucose, insulin,C peptide in 0 min,120 min of T2 DM patients, calculate insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),islet ? Cellular function index(HOMA-?).Data analysis was performed using spss21.0 statistical software. Results: 1.There were 46 cases of D-type personality in T2 DM group, accounting for 36.8%,while only 11 cases of D-type personality in CON group, accounting for 11.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).T2 DM family history,BMI,waist circumference, anxiety score, depression score, and weekly spontaneous exercise time were all statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis: D-type personality(OR=6.039,P<0.05),T2 DM family history(OR=9.882,P<0.05),anxiety score(OR=1.122,P<0.05),BMI(OR= 1.333,P <0.05)is an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes.3.D-type personality T2 DM group and non-D-type personality T2 DM group compared with depression score, anxiety score, weekly spontaneous exercise times, each spontaneous exercise time,HOMA-IR,Cys-C level, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The detection rates of anxiety status in D-type personality T2 DM group and non-D-type personality T2 DM group were 19.6% and 36.7%,respectively.The detection rates of depression status were 47.8% and 25.3%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Type D personality,T2 DM family history, high BMI,and high anxiety score are independent risk factors for T2 DM in Xining.2.Patients with D-type personality T2 DM in Xining area lacked spontaneous movement, depression, insulin resistance and high Cys-C expression.
