Clinical Observation Of Postoperative Rehabilitation Of Phalangeal Fractures Using Upper Limb Fumigation And Washing Prescriptions

Objective: By observing the upper fumigation prescriptions in phalanx fractures of postoperative rehabilitation,to analyze its clinical curative effect.It is an economical,effective and practical method for the clinical application of the upper limb to provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Methods: 46 cases in January 2016-January 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan medical university outside hand trauma in phalanx fractures,for diagnosis of hospitalized patients,randomly divided into 2 groups,one group of the upper limb fumigation based functional exercise prescriptions fumigation +treatment group(agent),another group of the warm water fumigation + basic functional exercise group(warm water)treatment,this study completed before 1days treatment is 1 day after the treatment the two groups were measured and recorded two time points(total TAM score)joint autonomous mobility,FIM score,visual analogue scale(VAS),refers to the degree of swelling cancer evaluation four aspects.Results: Recipe group and warm water group both had a positive effect on the rehabilitation of phalanx fractures,joint activity increased(P > 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference,but the two groups of FIM score comparison(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the curative effect of upper limb fumigation prescription group is better than warm water.Two groups after treatment in both the VAS score significantly decreased(P < 0.05),earlier and agent for VAS score is relatively warm water group reduced significantly(P < 0.05),the upper limbs fumigation prescription has good analgesic effect.Two groups after treatment than before treatment were less swollen knuckles(P < 0.05),and the formulas of knuckles swollen degree is relatively warm water group reduced significantly(P < 0.05),the upper limbs fumigation prescription has a good effect of swelling.Conclusion: 1.Upper limb fumigation prescription + basic functional exercise and warm water fumigation + basic functional exercise can improve the activity of the affected joint,but the former treatment is better than the latter.2.Upper limb fumigation prescription + basic functional exercise and warm water fumigation + basic functional exercise can improve the patient's VAS score,indicating that both therapies have a good analgesic effect,and Chinese medicine fumigation analgesic effect better.3.Upper limb fumigationprescription + basic functional exercise and warm water fumigation + basic functional exercise can improve the degree of swelling of the affected finger,indicating that both therapies have a good effect of swelling,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation more significant.4.Upper limb fumigation prescription + basic functional exercise and warm water fumigation+ basic functional exercise did not cause adverse reactions / adverse events,indicating that the two treatments are more safe in clinical applications.
