The upper limb rehabilitation evaluation system has important significance for the research of rehabilitation medicine,body movement.Upper limb rehabilitation evaluation research can provide a better platform for the analysis of medical workers,the upper research is currently one of the research focus and biomechanics.In this paper first it introduced the research development status of upper limb rehabilitation robot and limb muscle model at home and abroad.The overall plan of the upper limb rehabilitation evaluation system is established.It describes the fuction of each part of upper limb rehabilitation evaluation system.Secondly,according to the characteristics of upper limb,it establishes the upper limb skeleton model and its movement coordinate system.Based on Open Sim it established skeletal muscle model with five freedom.It established the definition of upper limb muscle properties based on the Hill model.The simulation results verify the correctness of upper limb muscle strength.In the paper it designs the hardware circuit of rehabilitation system,including electrical circuit,current detecting circuit,speed detection,EMG acquisition circuit collected the information on the upper limb muscle,current detection and speed detection part is used to collect signal acquisition and rehabilitation signal,calculate the output torque.The experiment system of upper limb rehabilitation was established,the maximum voluntary contraction experiment and rehabilitation experiment based on virtual force feedback device were carried out.In the upper limb rehabilitation experiment,the muscle strength of human upper limb was measured in the passive and active mode to observe the status of the muscle.
