The Effect Of Huatan Zhixue Decoction On Recessive Blood Loss After Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe blood hemostasis in patients with hidden red blood cell loss,patients after total hip arthroplasty visible red blood cell loss,hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),two D-dimer(D-Dimer)changes,to explore the impact of early total hip hidden blood loss after joint replacement,to provide reference for the prevention of hidden blood loss.Methods: The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in 32 areas in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were in accordance with the Senate inquiry 60 cases,according to the envelope were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group),each group of 30 people,two groups of patients with gender,age,height,weight,surgery,prosthesis types,by disease type statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.Two groups of patients were performed preoperative preparation,two groups of patients before the 1 day review of blood,two D-dimer.The observation group underwent therapy combined with self blood hemostasis decoction,the control group only received basic treatment,routine supportive treatment to prevent infection,anticoagulation,rehydration and symptomatic after operation in the two groups.Record first days before and third,7,10 days postoperative hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),two D-dimer(D-Dimer);records of two groups of patients with blood loss and postoperative drainage,according to the Gross equation to calculate the dominant and recessive red blood cell loss;the change of clinical curative effect of two group and the effect of the difference between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.All data were analyzed using SPSS18.0 statistical software.Results: The hematocrit(Hct)after third days,seventh days,tenth days and three time of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;hemoglobin(Hb)after third days,seventh days,tenth days and three time of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),there was statistical significance difference;hidden redblood cell loss after third days,seventh days,tenth days and three time of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;two groups of visible red blood cell loss comparison(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;two D-dimer(D-Dimer)third days after operation.Between the two groups(P>0.05)showed no significant difference;seventh days and tenth days three time of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: On the effect of removing blood stasis and hemostasis after total hip arthroplasty hidden blood loss,can be reduced by cell volume(Hct)decreased,hemoglobin(Hb)loss,thereby reducing the hidden red blood cell loss,thus making use of hidden blood loss after total hip replacement to control;but no significant effect on the dominant red blood cells the loss after total hip arthroplasty;total hip arthroplasty can reduce two D-dimer(D-Dimer),thereby reducing the total hip arthroplasty after lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)risk.
