Therapeutic Effect Of TCM Psychotherapy On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Post-stroke Depression

ObjectiveThrough the study of traditional Chinese medicine and psychotherapy of depression after stroke,the clinical efficacy of TCM Psychotherapy for depression after stroke treatment,clinical and quality of life in patients with post-stroke depression without side effects to provide a viable treatment regimen in accordance with MethodsPatients from Guangdong Provincial Second Hospital inpatient Encephalopathy,will be included 60 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and life functional assessment(MBI)as a rating scale of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group psychological therapy combined with fluoxetine treatment,the control group were treated with oral fluoxetine,4 weeks for a course of treatment,two group were treated for eight weeks,once daily treatment.Security observations of adverse events,laboratory values and ECG.Using SPSS 23.0 statistical software for all data collected for statistical analysis.Results1,By the data by sex,age,disease duration,the nature of the disease,education level and other inclusion criteria of the two groups were statistically analyzed,showed P>0.05,not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups at baseline the existence of balance.2,in the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant,at 4 weeks,8 weeks were evaluated after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant indicating that the two groups in terms of improvement of depression are effective,then the difference between the two groups were compared,P<0.05,indicating the treatment group in improving aspects of depression than the control group the efficacy of good.3.In life functional assessment(MBI),the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant,at 4 weeks,8 weeks were evaluated after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups in improving daily life functions are effective,then the difference between the two groups were compared,P<0.05,in the treatment group than the control group improved features good effect.ConclusionBian joint fluoxetine hydrochloride using traditional Chinese medicine psychotherapy and fluoxetine alone depression(stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)patients after treatment of stroke have a good effect,but the Chinese psychological therapy combined with fluoxetine than a simple drug treatment better,but also shows the results of clinical TCM psychological therapy in improving depressive symptoms aspects good effect,we can promote the rehabilitation of limb function,improve the quality of life of patients and improve the patients' daily living,improve the overall level of efficacy.
