Objective Analysis of transforming growth factor-? 1(TGF-? 1) in patients with preeclampsia placenta and expression and clinical significance of plasma.Method Select February 2013 to February 2014 period in affiliated hospital of Qingdao University in the treatment of 48 patients with preeclampsia study, mild preeclampsia, 25 cases severe preeclampsia in 23 cases, exclude the complication and complication. Randomly select 34 cases of normal pregnant women in the control group, and rule out complications and other complications. Taken on three teams of pregnant women serum levels of TGF-? 1 detection and localization and expression of TGF-? 1 in placenta tissue protein analysis. By double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for determination of serum expression of TGF-? 1 in. Mark using Western blot hybridization TGF-? protein 1 expression in placenta. While in patients with preeclampsia placenta and serum levels of TGF-? 1 low correlation with the onset and severity of preeclampsia were analyzed. Results 1. Observation group in the mild and severe preeclampsia placenta tissue expression of TGF-? 1 was higher than that in the control group, P=0.008(P<0.01), there are significant differences. 2. Group weight, plasma levels of TGF-? 1 in severe pre-eclampsia were higher than those in the control group, compare differences P=0.02(P<0.05), with statistical significance. 3. A group of severe preeclampsia placenta and expression of TGF-? 1 in plasma than mild preeclampsia group, P<0.05, was statistically significant. 4. In placenta tissue of patients with preeclampsia TGF-beta 1 expression were positively correlated with serum levels of TGF-beta-1(r=0.789,t=3.021,P<0.01).Conclusion 1.TGF-? 1 is involved in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia, mainly produces and acts on the placenta, released into the plasma. 2. And the patients ' illness has a very close relationship, positively correlated. 3. In preeclampsia in pregnant women plasma through TGF-? 1 and expression, to detect the prevalence of pregnant women and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and control play a guiding role.
