The Curative Effect Of Huayu Tiaojing Recipe Combined With Da Ying-35 On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Dampness Syndrome

Objective: Through clinical research,intend to observe the effect of Hua Tan Tiao Jing Decoction combined with Diane-35 treating phlegmy wet resistance type of Polycystic ovary syndrome clinical efficacy and safety.Provide a theoretical basis and treatment methods for clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of Patients in this study were selected in January 2015-December 2015 visiting to the Second Affiliated Hos Pital of Hunan University of gynecology Outpatient service Patients?According to the random number table method, the 60 cases of patients met the conditions were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(Hua Tan Tiao Jing Decoction combined with Diane-35 group)30 cases,the control group(Diane-35 group)30 cases.Before and after treatment in the two groups of clinical curative effect, TCM symptom total score and individual symptoms integral, menstruation efficacy, serum hormone levels(FSH, LH, T,LH/FSH,E2), BMI( Body mass index),ovarian volume and basal antral follicle number of follicular diameter 2~10mm were observed and compared. And the safety index were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and 90.0% in control group, the overall effect of the treatment group and the control group were close(P > 0.05).(2) the treatment group can obviously improve the phlegmy wet resistance of TCM syndrome type PCOS patients(P < 0.05), and its curative effect is superior to the control group(P < 0.05). In addition, the follow-up after the drug was stopped three menstrual cycles found the disease curative effect is stable and patient's condition is not easy to repeated(P > 0.05) in the treatment group(P > 0.05).(3) the treatment group can obviously improve PCOS due to the phlegmy wet resistance patients of each single TCM symptoms(P < 0.05), and the improvement of menstrual cycle, by volume, greasy mouth much sputum, chest tightness evil, god exhausted body weight, defecate viscous curative effect is better than that in control group(P < 0.05). Follow-up after the drug was stopped three menstrual cycles found the disease curative effect is stable, the treatment group was not repeated(P > 0.05).(4)The treatment group on the regulation of sex hormone levels have a certain effect, can effectively reduce the serum levels of T, LH, LH/FSH values, elevated FSH values, reduce the average number of follicles and average ovarian volume(P < 0.05).(5) The Hua Tan Tiao Jing prescription has no obvious adverse effect on the treatment of the menstrual blood stasis and blood stasis, and has the characteristics of safety and no side effects, and should be further popularized and applied in clinic.Conclusion: The Hua Tan Tiao Jing prescription of PCOS due to the phlegmy wet resistance has good curative effect, can effectively improve the patient's menstrual status and clinical symptoms and effectively reduce serum T,LH and LH/FSH value,FSH increased value, increased basal AFC and ovarian volume, is the clinical treatment of PCOS due to the phlegmy wet resistance effective drug, and no significantly adverse reactions, high safety, clinical is worthy to be popularized.
