Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Jing Decoction

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Tiao Jing Decoction (BSHXTJT) in treating patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 60 patients with PCOS diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.BSHXTJT was given to treatment class including 30 patients.At the same time Fu Ke Zai Zao Wan was given to control class including 30 patients.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,serum hormones (FSH, LH, EI, Ea, T, INS)levels,b -asic body temperature (BBT) and those of ultrasonic examination. Results The total effective rate is 86.67% and the ovulation rate is 66.67% in treatment class, they are 63.33% and 40.00% in control class,there is significant difference between them (P<0.05). The pregnant rate is 57.69% in treatment class,it is 39.13% in control class,there is not significant difference between them (P>0.05).Ei levels in women with PCOS are significantly correlated with T and LH.BSHXTJT could decrease the levels of T,LH, EI, INS,and increase FS levels significantly.Conclusion There are Hyperandrogensim, Hyperinsulinemia and Hyperestrone in patients with PCOS and BSHXTJT can work through regulating the unbalanced metabolization of FSH, LH, E1, E2, T, INS,so as to induct ovulating.
