Clinical Observation Of Self-made Phlegm And Blood Stasis Prescription For Treatment Of Infertility Syndrome Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of clomiphene citrate combined with Huatan Tiaojing Decoction treating phlegm dampness syndrome infertility polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)clinical efficacy and safety.Provide a oretical basis and treatment methods for clinical treatment and promote the popularization and application of clomiphene citrate combined with Huatan Tiaojing Decoction.Methods:60 cases of Patients in this study were selected in2015/3--2016/3visiting to the Second Affiliated Hos Pital of Hunan University of gynecology Outpatient service Patients.All patients was diagnosed with PCOS infertility phlegm dampness syndrome infertility PCOS.According to the random number table method,the 60 cases of patients metthe conditions were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(n=30,clomiphene citrate),the treatment grou(n=30,Hua Tan Tiao Jing Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate).Before and after treatment in the two groups of TCM symptom total score,serum hormone levels(LH,FSH,T,LH/FSH),BBT,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,BMI(Body mass index),endometrial thickness and total clinical curative effect were observed and compared.And the safety index were observed.Results:(1)After treatment,two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score,serum T,LH and LH/FSH levels,BBT,endometrial thickness than before treatment were significantly different(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05)in the recovery of ovarian function and the promotion of pregnancy.(3)The treatment group can effectively reduce the weight of patients,reduce PCOS in patients with BMI,and better than the control group(P <0.05).(4)After three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.3%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%)(P < 0.05).(5)The treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up per iod.Conclusion: Huatn Tiaojing recipe combined with clomiphene can effectively improve the patient's menstrual and clinical symptoms,decrease the levels of LH,LH/FSH and T levels,improve endocrine environment,reduce patients' BMI,Promote ovulation,and increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,is an effective drug for clinical treatment of phlegm dampness syndrome infertility PCOS.And no obvious adverse reaction,high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
