| Object: to observe "Tiao Jing Zhu Yun Tiang" the effect to PCOS of infertility, and preliminary discuss the modern and traditional medicine perspective to PCOS.Method: collect 70 cases, inducing to PCOS and infertility diagnosis standard registering the orient traditional university affiliated I hospital obstetric and gynecology, discipline from2001. 3 to 2002.8.in Hei Long Jiang province. According to register order, they were randomly plotted the modern medicine group I (35cases) and the modern and traditional medicine group II (35cases) . (among II group ,3 cases withdraw ).the herb was applied by the planning treatment according to diagnosis, plotting pattern standard (in 1994 years, 《the state traditional Chinese clinical diagnosis and effect》 ) the modern medicine was applied ,according to the specific condition to prepare treat, decline androgen, grow follicle, ovulate for three periods, observe clinical effect including clinical symptom better, blood LH, FSH, T, E2. LH/FSH and monitor ovulation rate, pregnancy rate. RESULT: After treatment by t check , two groups LH, FSH, with dramatic difference , p<0.05.LH /FSH, E2, T without dramatic difference, p>0.05. Ovulation without dramatic difference, pregnancy rate, clinical effect with dramatic difference, p<0.05. conclusion: the finding suggest that the modern and traditional medicine treat PCOS infertility can lead to blood LH, FSH, T, E2 regulation, clinical effect was superior to the simply modern medicine, therefore, the method great value to study. Tiao Jing Zhu Yun Tiang had been affirmed to treat PCOS.
