Through the comparation to control group which used western medicine，in order to evaluate the curative effect and inimitable ascendancy of ku suantong luo tiao gan prescription.Methods: Selected60cases who were consistent with the experimentalstandards. Random grouped them to2parts.One is treat group which contains30cases，the other is control group which contains30cases.All of them weretreatment for12weeks.The patients in treat group cpalended jiang tang tiaozhi prescription(100ml/per-sack, Tid).The patients in control group cpalendedmetformin hydrochloride tablets (0.25/per-tablet, Tid).To analyzing andcomparing the numerical data of symptom、BG、HbA1c、INS（0minute、120minutes）、BMI、waistline、hip circumference.Results: The consequence by statistical analysis of data between treat groupand control group discovers that the total effective power of treat group reached86.87%.At the same time, the total effective power of control group reached73.33%. The global curative effect of treat group outstrip than controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: The global curative effect of treat group compared with controlgroup.There are30cases in treat group in total which effective treat groupin9(30.00%), effective17cases (56.67%),4cases ineffective (13.33%),Thereare30examples in control group in total which effective treatment group in7(23.33%), effective15cases (50.00%),8cases ineffective (26.67%). Thecurative effects of treat group in cutting down the blood glucose and amendingIR are more conspicuous than control group.The observated result of ku suan tongluo tiao gan prescription indicates that the total curative effect in ameliorateclinical symptom much better than the group which applicated metformin hydrochloride tablets.The chinese medicine prescription in treat group is safeand avirulent which develop a new way to treat fat T2DM for chinese medicalscience.
