Clinical Study Of Tiao Jing 1st On Hypomenorrhea

Objective:After different treatment methods for patients on hypomenorrhea,the serum E₂,endometrial thickness,PI,RI and menstrual improvement were analyzed,and the clinical effects of different treatment methods on menstruation were observed.Methods:The patients on hypomenorrhea who visited the gynaecological clinic of our hospital from November 1st,2017 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.Sixty patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group A:1 mg of estradiol valerate was administered on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle.200 mg of progesterone was added on the 11th day of the drug,and was used until the 21st day.Group B:2 mg of estradiol valerate was given on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,and 200 mg of progesterone was added on the 11th day of the drug,and was used until the 21st day,and the drug was discontinued.Group C:Tiao Jing 1st on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle Fang?granules?,1 day,brewing 400ml,divided into two morning and evening,used until the 21st day;all patients on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle vaginal ultrasound and serum E₂ examination,recording serum E₂,endometrial thickness,PI and RI,and started taking the drug on the same day.The course of treatment was three menstrual cycles.The vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and serum E₂ were reviewed on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle and the menstrual cycle frequency and menstrual length were observed.These data were analyzed by SPSS24.0 statistical software to evaluate the effects of different treatment methods on serum E₂ and endometrial growth,menstrual cycle frequency and menstrual length.Results:1.Three groups of serum E₂ indicators:serum E₂ showed an upward trend compared with before treatment,and there was statistical significance after treatment?P<0.05?.The serum E₂ from high to low was:group C,group B.,group A.2.Three groups of vaginal Doppler ultrasound indicators:endometrial thickness was higher than before treatment,the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was statistically significant?P<0.05?;three groups of patients before treatment PI,RI There was no significant difference in the difference?P>0.05?.The PI after treatment was higher than that before treatment.The RI after treatment was lower than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The uterine artery blood flow in the three groups after treatment.There were no significant differences in PI and RI?P>0.05?.3.The total effective rate and adverse reaction index of the three groups:the total effective rate of the three groups was 55.00%in group A,75.00%in group B,and 90.00%in group C.The effective rate after treatment in different treatment groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,group C is more efficient than the other two groups.There were no serious adverse reactions in the three groups.The incidence of total adverse reactions was higher in group B.There were fewer patients in group A and group C.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions?P>0.05?.4.There was no significant change in the menstrual cycle frequency and menstrual length after treatment in the three groups of patients..Conclusion:1.Tiaojing1st treatment of menstruation less can not only improve estrogen,but also promote endometrial growth,improve uterine artery blood perfusion,affirmative effect and side effects.2.2mg estradiol valerate and 1mg estradiol valerate can improve serum estrogen levels,promote endometrial growth,and improve uterine artery blood perfusion.1mg estradiol valerate is less effective than 2mg valeric acid.Estradiol,both of which are less effective than Tiaojing1st,with many side effects.
