Objective:To discuss the expression of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)、 tumor necrosisfactor-α(TNF-α) in peptic ulcer (PU) with different gene of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection, to understand the differences in immune inflammatory response inPU with different type H. pylori infection. Methods:All the94patients of PU were selected by the gastroscopy diagnosis. The H.pylori infection status were detected by endoscopic gastric mucosa biopsy and rapidurease test, then H. pylori gene (CagA、VacA、UreB、UreA) antibody was detected byWestern blot method for that H. pylori antibody positive case. The content of serumIL-10、TNF-α was tested for all subjects. Results:The H. pylori infection status of PU: the H. pylori positive rate is89.4%(84/94) in PU, it is66.7%(56/84) in the duodenal ulcer (DU) and it is33.3%(28/84)in gastric ulcer (GU) in H. pylori infection cases, it is10.6%(10/94) in H. pylorinegative.64cases (44DU and20GU) were infected by typeⅠ H. pylori and20cases (12DU and8GU) were infected by typeⅡ H. pylori. The expression of serumIL-10: It is no significantly difference between typeⅠ H. pylori infection group andtypeⅡ H. pylori infection group in IL-10(p>0.05), but it is significantly higher intypeⅠ H. pylori infection group than H. pylori negative group (p<0.05), it is nosignificantly difference between TypeⅡ H. pylori infection group and H. pylorinegative group(p>0.05). It is no significantly difference between DU and GU groupwith typeⅠ H. pylori infection or typeⅡ H. pylori infection. The expression of serumTNF-α: It is significantly higher respectively in TypeⅠ H. pylori infection group andtypeⅡ H. pylori infection group than H. pylori negative group in TNF-α(p<0.01,p<0.05); It is significantly higher in TypeⅠ H. pylori infection group than typeⅡ H.pylori infection group; And it is obviously higher in DU group than GU group with TypeⅠ H. pylori infection (p<0.05); It is no significantly difference between DUgroup and GU group with TypeⅡ H. pylori infection (p>0.05).Conclusion:TypeⅠ H. pylori infection plays a important role in the process of PUespecially DU in H. pylori infection; The expression of serum IL-10is nosignificantly difference in the aspects of different type H. pylori infection and ulcerfrom different parts. The expression of serum TNF-α is increased in typeⅠ H. pyloriand typeⅡ H. pylori infection, especially in typeⅠ H. pylori infection, and it ishigher in DU group than GU group in typeⅠ H. pylori infection.
