| Objectives:Through the observation of Helicobacter pylori (HP) associated chronic gastritis in patients with tongue of Hp infection and the tongue, the relevance of evidence-based, for the Chinese Medicine of the eradication of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric provide clinical basis.Methods:Included in August 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital gastroenterology clinic parallel Hp 14C breath test in patients with 1123 cases of examination. According to Hp-positive test results were divided into groups and the Hp negative group. To compare Hp-positive and-negative patients with Tongue coating, tongue color and their relationship with the TCM.To apply SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis.Results:(1) 1123 cases of patients, Hp (+) group of 496 cases, Hp (+) patients with tongue color distribution as:pale tongue in 202 cases, accounting for 40.73%, light red tongue 151 cases, accounting for 30.44%,61 cases of red tongue, accounting for 12.30%, purple tongue 82 cases, accounting for 16.53%; HP (-) group of 627 cases, 169 cases of pale tongue, accounting for 26.95%, light red tongue 267 cases, accounting for 42.58%, red tongue,86 cases were 13.72%, purple tongue 105 cases, accounting for 16.75%; tongue color distribution by statistical analysis of the difference was significant (P<0.05), prompted tongue color and is closely related to H. pylori infection. While Hp (+) of the gastrointestinal patients mainly pale tongue color-based, and Hp (-) group were significantly different (P<0.01). (2) HP (+) patients the distribution of fur are:thin white coating of 90 cases, accounting for 18.15%, white thick coating of 31 cases, accounting for 6.25%, greasy coating 78 cases, accounting for 15.73%, thin yellow coating 66 cases, accounting for 13.31% yellow thick coating of 82 cases, accounting for 16.53, yellow sticky coating 123 cases, accounting for 24.79%, light strip coating 26 cases, accounting for 5.24%; HP (-) Tongue of the distribution are:thin white coating of 155 cases, accounting for 24.72%, white thick coating of 56 cases, accounting for 8.93%, greasy coating of 100 cases, accounting for 15.95%, thin yellow coating of 88 cases, accounting for 14.04%, yellow thick coating of 104 cases, accounting for 16.58%, yellow sticky coating 85 cases, accounting for 13.56%, light peel moss 39 cases, accounting for 6.22%; fur distribution by statistical analysis of the difference was significant (P<0.05), prompted tongue is closely related with HP infection. While Hp (+) of the gastrointestinal patients with yellow and greasy tongue coating based, and Hp (-) group were significantly different (P<0.01)。(3) 1123 cases of patients, HP (+) patients the distribution of TCM are:112 cases of syndrome of liver-stomach heat, accounting for 22.58%,85 cases of hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach, accounting for 17.14%, deficiency cold in spleen and stomach 60 cases, accounting for 12.10%, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome 128 cases, accounting for 25.80%, 38 cases of insufficiency of stomach yin, accounting for 7.67%,50 cases of blood stasis of stomach, accounting for 10.08%, accounting for 23 cases of cold-heat complication of 4.63%; HP (-) patients the distribution of TCM are:195 cases of syndrome of liver-stomach heat, accounting for 31.10%,109 cases of hypcractive liver-qi attacking the stomach, accounting for 17.38%, deficiency cold in spleen and stomach 81 cases, accounting for 12.92%, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome 87 cases, accounting for 13.88%,61 cases of insufficiency of stomach yin, accounting for 9.73%, blood stasis of stomach 77 cases, accounting for 12.28%, accounting for 17 cases of cold-heat complication of 2.71%, The syndromes has significant difference by the statistical analysis (P<0.05), prompted syndromes closely related with H.pylori infection. Hp (+) of the gastrointestinal patients are main spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, and were significantly different with Hp (-) group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The patients of chronic gastritis with HP infection are mainly pale tongue and yellow greasy fur.The gastrointestinal patients of Hp (+) have the close relationship with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. |
