Clinical Study On Treatment Of HP Related Peptic Ulcer (Spleen Stomach Deficiency Cold Syndrome) By Electronic Moxibustion Combined With Quadruple Therapy

Objective:With the guidance of "Wentong",the therapeutic effect of electronic moxibustion on peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type was studied by observing the healing of ulcer under electronic gastroscope,the removal rate of Helicobacter pylori,the improvement of TCM syndrome and the incidence of adverse reactions.Method:70 cases of peptic ulcer with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach were collected,randomly divided into western medicine group and electronic moxibustion group,35 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with quadruple therapy(amoxicillin,clarithromycin,stomach bismuth magnesium granules,omeprazole enteric coated tablets)for 2 weeks,omeprazole enteric coated tablets were orally taken for 6 weeks.The electronic moxibustion group was treated with western medicine and electronic moxibustion for 6 weeks,the acupoints of Dazhui,Zusanli,Weishu,Pishu and Zhongwan were selected.Before and after treatment,e-gastroscopy and Helicobacter pylori were performed respectively,collect TCM syndrome score and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions.Data collection and statistical analysis with spss20.0,to evaluate the effect of electronic moxibustion on patients.Result:1.Through the examination of electronic gastroscope and detection of Helicobacter pylori,the healing degree of ulcer and the effective rate of Helicobacter pylori in western medicine group and comprehensive group were compared.It is suggested that the effective rate of ulcer healing under gastroscope is 78.13% in the western medicine group and 90.63% in the comprehensive group,No difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The eradication rates of HP were 81.25% and90.63% respectively,No difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes were collected to compare the differences of single symptoms and total scores between western medicine group and electronic moxibustion group.The results showed that the scores of single symptom and total score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,among the single symptoms,the electronic moxibustion group was lower than the western medicine group(P<0.05)on Stomachache,poor appetite,diarrhea,low appetite,tiredness,chilliness.After treatment,the total score of electronic moxibustion group was significantly lower than that of Western medicine group(P<0.01).The effective rates of TCM syndromes in the two groups were 65.63% in the western medicine group and 90.63% in the comprehensive group,the latter is higher than the former(P<0.01).3.The adverse reactions of the two groups mainly included abdominal distention and diarrhea,statistics shows that the incidence of adverse reactions in western medicine group is higher than that in electronic moxibustion group(P<0.05).4.By analyzing the correlation between the stages of gastric ulcer after treatment and TCM syndrome score,it is found that there is a linear correlation between them(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Electronic moxibustion can improve the symptoms of epigastralgia,fullness of chest and flank,poor appetite,loose stools,chest tightness,little food,fatigue and fatigue,chilly limbs and cold limbs,reduce TCM syndrome score of peptic ulcer;2.Electronic moxibustion can improve the curative effect of TCM Syndrome.3.Electronic moxibustion can improve the side effects of quadruple therapy.
