TCM Syndrome Research And Drug Analysis Of Endometrial Hyperplasia

ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to explore the syndrome type distribution in endometrial hyperplasia. And the literatures on the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia with Chinese medicine were collected. The characteristics of herbal formulas were summarized through frequency analysis so as to probe into the laws of the differentiation of syndrome and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine. Methods1.114cases of endometrial hyperplasia were selected by integrating retrospective investigation. After designed the clinical observation table, the patients were divided into four groups according to the standard of the syndrome: Spleen Deficiency Syndrome, kidney deficiency syndrome, the blood-heat syndrome, blood stasis syndrome. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome type distribution in endometrial hyperplasia was summed up.2. To collect literature on the treatment of endometrial hyperplasis with Chinese medicine from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),in the period of January2000to January2012. The formulas and drugs were analyzed and classified by means of statistic to observe the use frequency and percentage of every drug and type of syndrome. Results1. The proportions of each TCM syndrome type among all the patients were almost equal, the result were as follows:blood stasis> spleen deficiency syndrome=kidney deficiency syndrome=blood-heat syndrome. syndrome types between simple endometrial hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia are similar, but the common atypical hyperplasia syndrome type is kidney deficiency syndrome, followed by blood stasis; difference between the duration of each card type was significant (P<0.05).2. There are totally126kinds of drugs applied, which is classified into32categories in terms of functions, of which the most widely used drug is hematinic.14major categories were integrated further by the similar functions, of which, the most frequently used drug of application in the categories is replenishing deficiency, the portion is48.68%. The first meridian attribution of these drugs is liver, the second is spleen. ConclusionBy clinical observation and the analysis on formula application in endometrial hyperplasis in Chinese Medicine, the syndrome types are equal, the commonly used drug is replenishing deficiency.
