| The research of Myopia has a long-standing time all over the world, but the achievements of prevention and treatment have not made a breakthrough. In order to systematically describe the Research status of myopia, and to provide a reference for future clinical researches, this paper is mainly divided into three sections to discuss the present condition of myopia Clinical researches, including literature review, results and outlook, and discussing.There are three literature reviews. The first reviews the research profile of myopia in Western medicine, which is illustrated from names of disease, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, clinical classification, etiology, anatomy, and clinical prevention and treatment Western medicine has absorbed the achievements of the researches in the related modern disciplines of myopia. It has made great progress, especially in terms of excimer laser surgery and intraocular lens replacement surgery which have been widely applied to Clinics and accepted by more and more patients. How to reduce the surgical risk, improve efficacy, reduce side effects and complications, and formulate personalized surgical plan are the future direction of modern medical research. The second part mainly introduces the knowledge in etiology and pathogenesis of Myopia, syndrome differentiation and the situations of clinical treatment of ancient and modern Traditional Chinese Medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history in the researches of eye diseases, Chinese medicine Ophthalmology was set as an independent discipline in the Tang dynasty, it has accumulated rich experience of Chinese nation in the long-term fighting with the eye diseases, it is the Crystallization of wisdom of ancient physicians, especially ophthalmologist, and it is an important part of Tradition Chinese Medicine. As Myopia is a common eye disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine, doctors have done a lot of observations in the prevention and treatment of myopia, have accumulated a wealth of experience and control methods, and have formed a complete set of guiding theory of Chinese medicine prevention, which provide a reliable theoretical basis and a reference for prevention and treatment cases of myopia, and rich the ways of prevention and treatment of myopia to a certain extent. However, in the aspects of research methods and ideas, there are still some demerits which are subject to make further innovation and optimization. The third part illustrates systematically the status of massage for treatment of Teenagers myopia from the aspects of mechanism of massage Prevention of myopia and clinical application. Researchers are constantly exploring more safe and effective treatment method. The myopia research of Tradition Chinese medicine has been lagging behind, and Laboratory and clinical researches are much inadequate, the main reasons of which are not only the difficulty in animal model building of Chinese medicine myopia, but also lack of enough investments.
