Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Post-massage Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Stretch Marks In The Early Postpartum Period

Objective: Striae gravidarum is very common in clinical.Once it produced,most of them will accompany with the patients' life.Although,there have no obvious self-conscious symptom with patients.The lesions seriously influenced people's fairness and gradually became an anxiety worried problem in women.In the field of medical cosmetology,there are a view of therapies for the treatment of stretch marks.Most of them are associated with photoelectric.But most of the photoelectric therapies can only improve parts of the appearance and are very expensive.The external use of prophylactic cream to protect skin didn't be clearly tasted have exact curative effect.In order to exploring a kind of method with the characteristic of easy,convenience,cheap and effective for the treatment of stretch marks.we make the treatment of postpartum striae of pregnancy by acupuncture after massage method contrast pure massage treatment,and to evaluate the curative effect.Observing the reliability and practicability of this therapy for make up for the shortage.Methods: Select 42 patients with early striae gravidarum which conforms to the inclusion criteria.Grade not only the area of SG but also each indicator.Compared with two sides of one's own,randomized,contrast,judge-blind to divided into 2 groups.We proceed massage after coating olive oil on abdominal in the experimental side,2 times/day,then combine with acupuncture treatment on the surface,2 times per week,1 month for a period of treatment.Massage after coating olive oil on controlled side,2 times/day,1 month for a period of treatment.After two course of treatment,the 2 groups of patients are elevated again.Follow-up after 3 months,the changes of the striae pregnancy were observed.Investigate patients' satisfaction.Summarizing the various data and being statistical analysis.Record adverse events and evaluate the safety on stretch marks of acupuncture therapy.Results: After a course of treatment,the effective rate of experimental side was 95% with the marked effective rate was20% and the control side effective rate was 45% with the marked effective rate was 2.5%.The difference between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of experimental side is superior then the control side.The two groups' treatment on improving the abdomen skin texture are the same.The difference between them have no statistically significant(P > 0.05).This shows that massage after coating olive oil has good effect to the skin texture.After three course,the marked effective rate of experimental side obviously increased(increased from 20% to 45%).Compared with the control side has obvious advantages(increased from 2.5% to 7.5%).The effective rate of control side also obviously increased(increased from 45% to 72.5%),but it needs much more time than experimental side.Conclusion: The results show that acupuncture treatment after a massage for early postpartum stretch marks are effective.When it compare with olive oil massage,the curative effect have a significant difference.Although simple coating olive oil massage cannot improve the area and severity of the stretch marks effectively,but it can also arrive a simple acceptable effect after long-term persistence.
