Highway construction plays an important role in the national economic construction in China.By the end of 2019,the mileage of Expressway in China has reached 149600 km.From the perspective of traffic infrastructure type in recent two years,road construction is the most invested,at the same time,highway investment is listed as the key point by many provinces.The highway construction project has the characteristics of large construction scale,long cycle,large environmental impact and high construction complexity.Whether it can be completed on time and put into use smoothly in accordance with the contract requirements is the common expectation of the owner,the construction party,the construction party and the investor.Therefore,it is very necessary to provide the basis and experience for the management of the highway project through the research on the schedule of the highway construction project.This article systematically sorts out the methods and processes of highway project progress control management,and aims to explore ways to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of highway project management under the new situation.This article uses a variety of research methods: through the use of the WBS method to decompose the project's work structure in detail,to clarify the sequence of the processes;through the critical path method and network planning method to compile the project schedule;through the use of earned value method to analyze the project data to understand the progress-cost status during the execution of the project schedule.This article takes the RW high-speed project as an example.First,it deeply studies the relevant theories related to schedule control,then combines the actual situation of the project and through effective communication with project participants,uses the existing engineering project schedule management theory,and analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the RW high-speed project and the problems that may have an adverse effect on the progress were comprehensively considered,and the project schedule was formulated.Then,in the implementation of the schedule plan,the progress report is used to track and control the progress,use the principle of earned value method to study the progress-cost situation in the project process,find the deviation and analyze the reasons affecting the progress according to the actual situation and take measures to correct the deviation.Finally,the measures taken in the course of the project to ensure that the progress is advanced as planned are proposed.At last,the thesis summarizes the experience and innovation points of RW high-speed project progress research,points out the shortcomings and puts forward the research direction,in order to provide some reference and guidance for the progress management of the highway construction project in the implementation.
