In recent years,the scale of China’s construction industry continues to expand,but the problems such as high pollution,high consumption,low productivity and low standardization of traditional construction methods are getting worse and worse.During this period,prefab building,as one of the ways to change the production mode,is favored by the government and the industry because of its low energy consumption and high efficiency.However,with the increasing proportion of prefabricated buildings in the construction market,prefabricated buildings are exposed to more and more problems.How to promote prefabricated buildings quickly and well has become the focus of the government and academia.At present,the construction schedule management of prefabricated buildings is mainly based on the traditional cast-in-situ construction schedule management method.Due to the construction uniqueness of prefabricated buildings,most of the theoretical methods are not applicable.In addition,due to the limitations of technology,technology,capacity and other factors in the field of prefabricated buildings in China,the schedule delay of prefabricated buildings projects occurs frequently.In this context,this study takes prefabricated building components as the research object,focuses on the progress management process of prefabricated components,and explores the construction progress control methods of prefabricated buildings by means of information technology.The main contents of this study are as follows.1)Comb prefabricated schedule control theory and technology,make clear the process of prefabricated management,on the basis of prefabricated construction characteristics of the project,the component management into component production,transportation and hoisting three stages,and elaborated to seven links,formation mechanism and analysis of prefabricated project schedule risk management process,BIM-4D model are introduced in detail,process,and introduces the system composition and working principle of RFID technology.2)Design an RFID tracking system for the progress risk of prefabricated components:summarize the progress risk factors of assembled projects in the existing literature,identify the progress risk factors of component management by using the WBS-RBS risk identification method,and analyze the applicability of RFID in the progress management of components based on the characteristics of RFID technology;The information collection methods and real-time positioning methods of the three modules of production,transportation and hoisting of prefabricated components are clarified,and the information flow model is sorted out.Make clear the RFID tag coding system,equipment hardware configuration and selection,set up the component tracking management database.3)Preparation of pre-component schedule plan based on BIM-4D real-time construction simulation: the design of automatic generation of real-time component schedule information is introduced into the BIM model to realize the real-time construction simulation of BIM-4D,and then the component demand plan at the set time in the future is generated;Based on the theory of project construction collaboration,the collaborative model of component management multi-participant plan is put forward on the basis of participator collaboration and information collaboration.On the basis of the key chain theory in project management,the rules for calculating the buffer of component schedule plan are developed.Combined with the multi-participator collaborative model of component management and the key chain theory,the calculation method and information feedback mechanism of each node of component schedule plan based on component demand plan are defined.4)Realize real-time progress control of prefabricated building components: analyze the shortcomings of traditional buffer management methods and propose an improved buffer management mechanism;The real-time progress control system of components is constructed,the system operation model and the interface presentation mode in the system are defined under the condition of normal and delayed progress of components,and the feasibility of the real-time progress control system of components is verified through a case study.This study based on BIM and RFID technology to prefabricated as the research object,combined with the progress of the theory of risk management,project construction coordination theory,the theory of critical chain,realize the visualization of prefabricated warning and real-time schedule control,provide new thought and method for prefabricated construction schedule management,also raised the BIM and the application of RFID components in construction engineering quality management level. |
