In this age of rapid development of science and technology,as the technology,skills,equipment update faster power generation enterprises,need a large number of well-known high-tech workers to support the business of enterprises.However,as employees of power generation enterprises,because of the high intensity and difficulty of work,they do not have enough time to go to the library or get the knowledge they want from a large number of complicated information through the network.The enterprise has a special library,but because of the library space,it can't store a large number of professional books and receive the staff who come after work.On the contrary,it leads to the low efficiency of library operation and the difficulty to improve the professional knowledge level of staff.If the space of the library is increased and the amount of books collected in the library is increased,the difficulty of library management will be increased;if the reading space of the library is increased,the maintenance of the library will be more difficult,and all aspects of security will lead to more investment,but the improvement of staff knowledge output efficiency is not necessarily guaranteed.How to increase the opportunities for staff to contact professional knowledge,effectively improve the professional level of staff and workers,reduce the difficulty of library maintenance and provide the amount of library collection,to meet the business requirements of all kinds of employees,has a special significance for the development of enterprises.This thesis studies and adopts the latest software design concept to realize the construction of digital library.The digital library is composed of advanced software system and hardware facilities.The system software design process adopts three-tier software architecture,based on MVC framework,presented by B / s technology,developed by Microsoft's visual studio platform and C language;the hardware technology of the system relies on RFID radio frequency technology and Internet of things technology;the structured data of the system adopts SQL Server database management system management,unstructured data storage management using FTP server.Through the use of digital library,enterprises reduce the number and workload of management personnel,reduce the difficulty of maintenance and management ofpaper books and electronic books,reduce the operating cost of Enterprise Library,and improve the use efficiency of enterprise library.Through the use of digital library,enterprises have solved the difficulties of finding counterpart materials,inconvenient borrowing and returning books,and inefficient data learning,which greatly improves the working ability and skill level of employees.
