| In recent years,with China’s real estate market environment continuing to change,the competition between the industries has become increasingly fierce.In the relevant state government regulation and market economy,the dual role of the real estate industry cost control has become increasingly important.In the real estate project management and project cost control is part of the cost control of real estate enterprises and the key,can be said that the project cost management of real estate project determines the profitability of the real estate business and investment income.This paper firstly summarize the application status and theoretical research of project cost management both at home and abroad,including domestic and foreign engineering cost management status and analysis.Secondly,according to the real estate development project,the paper introduces the design and realization of the project cost management,real estate project in the investment decision-making,planning and design,bidding,construction and completion of the various stages of project cost management methods and safeguards.Thirdly,the HP real estate project is taken as an example,introducing the HP project overview,HP project in the investment decision-making,planning and design,bidding and other stages of the project cost management.This paper also discuss the consequences and the response which should be taken.Finally,the HP project in the project cost management process used in some of the good management and methods is looking forward to the future of similar projects to play a supporting role.Through the research and analysis of HP real estate project cost management,can better improve the real estate business investment and management level,to make it more competitive in the industry,so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. |
