QD Automobile Co.,Ltd is a large state-owned enterprises,with 30 years of rapid development of the national economy,inheritance of the automotive industry for 50 years of cultural accumulation,to expedite the transformation of modern company to intelligent management,enhance the overall strength of the company,QD company will be moved to QD City Metro car.Branch Chong,welding,coating,a total of four large vehicle manufacturing process,the assembly process is complex,transport logistics volume,mixed production of high flexible management needs,and automation,new workshop information and visual assembly degree is high,and new technologies are used in the actual production,increase the difficulty of the relocation.The completion of the relocation of the general assembly workshop project on the completion of the entire project and the smooth implementation of the normal production and operation of a decisive role,affecting the progress of the entire enterprise relocation project.This paper mainly studies the car company assembly workshop overall relocation project management mode,enterprise site stop production activities at the same time,the new production needs,the vertical switching mode of production overall relocation,production and operation of seamless ensure normal business.This paper analyzes the vertical handoff mode of the relocation schedule personnel,technology,environment and other factors on the basis of the construction progress of the project management mode of assembly plant relocation,and the model has been verified by the practice of QD Automobile Company General Assembly Workshop on the basis of the overall relocation,relocation project management features,in the face of difficulties next,based on the theory of project schedule management,follow relevant requirements of project schedule planning,control and risk management of the steady implementation.In the progress of planning process QD Automobile Co.Ltd.the total assembly workshop overall relocation project,has on the overall relocation project application of work breakdown structure(WBS),responsibility assignment matrix,network plan,Gantt chart method and technology,has developed a detailed promotion plan.And through the organization of the workshop relocation management personnel to fraternal units to study the relocation experience,compare the relocation of each unit of the relocation process,problems,effect,make up the aspects of the relocation program and the relocation process risk identification and control experience,sum up the development of effective measures,reduce the risks of moving,so that the overall relocation project is carried out smoothly and orderly.The use of the image of the chart,specifically to show the overall relocation project schedule management,and the steps of the process,the process must be concerned about the problem.Organize the relevant factors on the whole plan of careful combing demonstration,quickly set up the monitoring system of the relocation project,through the use of precision monitoring measures,timely organization has been discussed for deviations,coordination,decision-making,to ensure the successful end of the overall relocation project.This paper summarizes the process of the successful experience and shortcomings in construction schedule management mode of the overall relocation project,proved to be effective and practical research mode,provide a reference for the schedule management workshop truck overall relocation project.
