TJDY, which is the first convenience domestic foods factory invested by TH Groups, it established the first production line in Tianjin in 1992, and then developed to 42 production lines. In2013, it becomes to be the largest annual production value of up to 30 billion worth of major food production enterprises. But for the reason that the three plants scattered layout, there are environmental problems and fire hazards, limited introduction of new technologies, low management efficiency, hindering the development of enterprises, and etc. In order to meet the zone to increase the Government’s overall development policy and shaping the Group corporate image, increase market competitiveness, the group decided to site the new noodle shop in the Mu-Ning Road, office buildings and supporting facilities such as buildings, located two finished products warehouse, the four noodle shop, conditioning plant, concentrated feed plants and PE barrel plant, including about a total area of 20 million square meters, the application of new technologies to build nineteen new plant in Tianjin, with an annual output of about 50 billion packs of instant noodles; annual output will reach 7.5 billion Yuan.The Relocation of TJDY’s New Plant is the Group’s first investment in the mainland’s for the ten years, managers at all levels by the Group’s attention during the course of project implementation. Project management application of the idea of the establishment of the ad hoc group from the project to the responsible departments division of labor, to the progress of program development and progress of the control, the application of project management methods and means, to make this relocation project will be smooth, but for various reasons, there are still many management flaws to be improved. So in order to provide valuable reference and experience for our domestic insiders, we’d like to do this research and analysis.In this paper, the progress of finishing the organization of the control measures used, the use of project management tools WBS, responsibility matrix, such as Gantt chart the progress of development of practical plans, to identify all the work carried out in parallel to identify the critical path, think ahead to solve the parallel work, the problem of inadequate resources. In the project implementation phase, in accordance with the schedule, detailed work section. The implementation of weekly, daily, two weekly and monthly systems, identify problems and timely communication solution, experience uncontrollable factors, time to adjust, regular coordination meetings to inform the progress of some projects, coordination issues, and timely adjustments. In each task before the start of the responsibility, work will be done fine. Timely reporting of quality, progress, investment, facilitates higher-level decision-making progress to solve the various problems encountered. By taking corrective measures and control measures, we can fulfill the project target achievable.
