This thesis aims to conduct a research on KDN marine equipment manufacturing corporation with the combination of theoretical and practical bases. And mainly explores the background information and influence of this research and to discuss its relocation schedule control difficulties encountered in the relocation process, including how to overcome difficulties in relocation schedule control process. The case example of KDN relocation project is used in the exploration of the process of monitoring, analyzing and controlling by utilizing the project management theory.This thesis makes an attempt to apply management schedule theory on KDN relocation project.
