Post project evaluation refers to an objective analysis of the planning purposes,the process process of implementation,effectiveness,role and impact of the completed projects.Post project evaluation is one of the most important indispensability parts of the project cycle.It can determine the completion of project goals,sum up experience and provide a reference for similar decision-making and management of new project,which is meaningful to improve the investment benefit.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of construction investment in our country,the number of departments which carried out the post project evaluation increase gradually.At the same time,on the aspect of theory research also more and more cause the attention of scholars.Firstly,the background and research status of airport refueling projects after the evaluation are elaborated by reading articles which referring to the post project evaluation.On the basis of comprehensive discussion on the theory,method and application,the author choose Yantai tide civil airport refueling engineering project as the research object.Then,the author gave systematic and comprehensive analysis and research by using the method of contrast analysis.It mainly includes evaluation after the project implementation process,the project after technical and economic evaluation,environmental and social impact evaluation.At last,analyzing these evaluations results and finding out the existing problems in the process of project construction,which can guide to practice by summing up experience and the insufficiency.
