The final product of the spinning plant is the cheese yarn.At present,packing and palletizing of cheeses are done manually in domestic spinning enterprises,and the work is repetitive and heavy.Under the situation of labor shortage in textile industry,replacing manual work with automated machinery for packing and palletizing of cheeses has become the inevitable way to solve the problem.Automatic cheese packaging machine has been developed abroad,but it is not fully automated.In severl aspects,artificial participation is required,and the cost is higher.Cheese automatic packaging system as a high-speed,intelligent,automatic packaging equipment in textile industry,is a large-scale packaging production line with the on-line detection,precision machinery,real-time control.It requires the coordination and coordination of every part,while ensures the reliability and stability of the entire system.This paper researches and designs cheese automatic packaging system by analyzing the cheese packaging process,the integrated use of automatic control,mechanical automation,computer technology,instrumentation,communication network and many other disciplines of knowledge.In order to realize automatic woven bag packing of cheese and accurate control single bag weight deviation,a cheese yarn automatic packing and palletizing lines control system were presented.By controlling the weight of single cheese and computer choose the most suitable weight combination to load the woven bag to realize accurate control single bag weight deviation.This system included host computer,and five lower computer control modules.The host computer hardware adopts the industrial control board running the WinXP operating system,and the software is developed in the Visual Studio 2008 environment using the C ++ language.The five lower unit module controllers developed with the circuit board based on the single chip microcomputer,software is developed in the KeliC software environment using the C language.The application layer protocol was developed based on the TCP/IP and RS485 communication protocol.The experimental results indicated that this system realize automatic woven bag packing of cheese and accurate control single bag weight deviation.
