| China plays big part in textile industry.As the basis of the textile industry,textile equipment reflects the technical level and comprehensive strength of the textile industry.Textile equipment is the foundation of the development of textile industry,the progress in production technology and the improvement of industry competitiveness.Compared with other countries which have powerful textile equipment,textile equipment in China is still in starting aspect,which has low level of automation and low productivity.With the apparent increase in labor costs year by year,textile equipment technology innovation becomes imminent.As the production logistics and cheese yarn automatic packaging have Low level of automation,domestic cheeses production process has not yet achieved full automation integration.This projectis an innovative design of cheeses intelligent production logistics by using mobile intelligent gripping robots,latent AGV and trays.A cheese yarn automatic woven bags packaging system at the end of production logistics was also proposed.Cheeses intelligent production logistics and woven bags packaging system placed the cheeses of the rear winders on trays with mobile intelligent gripping robots.Filled trays were conveyed to the buffer area by latent AGV.After the identification of varieties,filled trays would be placed in different varieties of the buffer area.When packing,the filled trays were transported to the packaging area using latent AGV.Cheeses from trays were placed on the packaging line by the robot.Through posture detection and flip,single cheese packaging,cache the whole column,the whole package woven bags packaging,online weighing and online labeling,finally,the cheeses on the packaging line,which have been classified into various whole package,was put on different trays by the palletizing robot.The design work of the whole system frame,the path allocation,the mechanical structure and the control system have been implemented by studying RFID radio frequency technology,laser guidance technology,detection and positioning technology,pneumatic technology,wireless network communication technology,PC monitoring technology,scheduling management technology and fuzzy control principle.The main content of research work is as follows:1、According to the production process requirements of cheeses,the overall workshop scheme has been designed for the cheeses intelligent production logistics and woven bags packaging system combined with the actual situation of the intelligent workshop,including the overall structure of the system,equipment composition,and space arrangement,etc.2、It designed a way to grasp the cheeses and put on the plate on the trays by mobile intelligent gripping robots.The robot’s driving path and action beats were calculated and simulated.The automatic guidance and path optimization have been researched and designed for the Latent AGV.The path tracking optimization of AGV taken the advantage of fuzzy control principle.The identification and the classification caching for the cheeses in the production logistics achieved by RFID technology.3、This paper has carried on the research and design to the method of automatic packing bag for cheese,which including posture detection and flip,cache the whole column,woven bags automatically take bags,automatic pockets,automatic sewing sealing and strapping.4、In this paper,the electrical control module of the system has been designed,including mobile intelligent gripping robot control system,AGV system,PLC control system,multi-AGV scheduling supervision system.The system of communication network has been established so that the field devices can exchange data and information with the host computer monitoring system through wireless networks,industrial Ethernet and other means of communication. |
