Textile machinery is the technical foundation of textile industry equipment. At present, textile industry is in the critical period of changing from labor-intensive to technology-intensive, automatic and continuous product are symbols of modern textile plant. As a kind of packaging machinery, automatic conveying machine is used for cheeses automatic transportation between Winding and Automatic packing.Currently, the transportation system between roving frame and spinning frame has been successfully developed, But the end of the spinning workshop:Transportation between Winding and Automatic packing has not been yet fully developed. Automatic conveying system is the end of spinning enterprises production processes, it is a repetitive and burdensome work. Therefore, the system is to reduce labor intensity, reduce labor costs, and finally realize full automation of textile production.The system includes automatic collection, the detection of the size of the head towards, selective flip, attitude adjustment, varieties sort, yarn packaging equipment, weight sort eight modules and devices, with automatic control technology, sensor technology, pneumatic technology, PC monitoring technology, communication technology, network technology.This paper studies on the following aspects in several key technologies of cheeses automatic conveyor system:1、According to the requirements of the process of the automatic conveying, the idea of "Modular design" are decided. On the background of 10 AUTOCORO spinning mill, this paper designs the overall scheme of the automatic conveying system.2、This paper designs each module of the system, the implementation process and the mechanical structure, selects the most reasonable design and pneumatically driven execution module, performs various actions in the course of transmission. At the same time the system selects yarn packaging equipment, weighing machines and other key equipment which can meet the functional requirements of matured the market.3、According to the requirements of system function, the system designs hardware structure of the system control unit, mainly designs unit PLC system hardware structure and main hardware configuration. While the system designs the communication network hardware system, in order to realize that PROFIBUS-DP, RS-232, PROFINET and other communications networks are established.4、The system designs each modules and the communication network software development process. According to the requirements of the control system function, the paper designs the control software of the system, the control flow of each module and HMI configuration screens and functions. At the same time, the paper designs communication system software, and realize the communication of PLC and inverter, the weighing machine and the host communication interface.5、Research on the conveyor line speed control strategy. On the plan of The entire transport system, the system designs a fuzzy controller. In the theoretical analysis of fuzzy control on PLC programming, the paper has comparative experiments between the traditional PID control with fuzzy control simulation in MATLAB, the result shows that the fuzzy control not only has a good dynamic performance compared to conventional PID control, but also has good steady-state performance.
