Cheeses producting logistics and packaging systems is the key of realizing the automated and unmanned producting logistics delivery and packaging for weaving industry, and is also the foundation of realizing intelligent weaving workshop.At present, in some weaving mills, work of cheeses’producting logistics transportation and packing mostly need artificial transportation and packing, which makes the staff who are in the face of long, mechanically repeating monotonous work easy to fatigue. Some weaving mills use semi-automatic packaging equipments that have been researched and developed, in order to replace part of the process of delivering and packaging, but those equipments still need a large number of auxiliary workers to participate in, and need to take up a lot of human resources. In addition, efficiency of packing is low and those quality are poor. Now the cost of human resourse is higher and higher, and recruitment is becoming more and more difficult. So designing a kind of automatic equipment that can realize unmanned pipeline from the cheese completing to be winded to be packaged into package, be palleted into plate and intelligent warehouse management is the inevitable trend of time developing.Cheeses’ producting logistics and packaging systems integrat product innovation designing, mechanical structure designing, controlling system hardware designing, system software programming designing, and use visual navigation and positioning technology, sensor detecting technology, pneumatic technology, identification technology, PC monitoring technology and wireless communicating network technology etc, in order to realize collecting and transmiting orderly more than a winder collateral winding more than a good variety of bobbin, and according to different varieties cheeses, separating into different packaging systems to be packaged and palletized separately, and according to different variety of cheeses, transmited by AGV to the corresponding cheeses’ storage area, storage management. After this system put into using, we can minimize the number of people participating, not only saving labor and lowering the cost of production, but also improving the efficiency of production and improve the quality of packaging.This paper overall introduces the scheme design of cheeses’ producting logistics and packaging systems, and states in detail every function module design that using a spinning workshop that owns 30 winding machines as researching object to realize different variety of cheeses distinguishing between varietiesto be packaged, palletizedand warehouse managed separately, focusing on the research of AGV’s vision navigation and positioning module and its working principle, scheme designing, software programming designing. We research in detial on at several key links and skills in the process of system designing, the content is as follows:1, According to the request of bobbin logistics delivery and packaging technology, combining with the workflow of artificial packaging, cheeses’producting logistics and packaging system’s implementing function and the overall designing scheme are decided.2, According to the designing strategy of modular, integration, flexibility, every functional module’s implementing function, working principle and mechanical structure are designed; equipments,on the market, that can meet the demand of the system function are selected and integrated. According to different user’s requirement of cheese delivering and packaging, for the flexible customization system solutions.3, The key point of research is AGV’s the unmanned function and visual navigation function, by different steering speed, the unmanned vehicle is researched successfully, and by testing the improved Naomark artificial landmarks, combining with the preset path planning global map coordinate system, visual navigation and positioning is researched successfully.4, Designing and developing system’s hardware unit, including PLC that is the main controlling unit and DSP developing board that is auxiliary controlling unit, and designing the system’s testing unit, execution unit and wireless communication network.5, Designing and developing the process of software developing of system’s function module and the communication network software developing process, and the key is designing software program about image processing unit.6, Designing and developing WINCC PC monitoring system of cheeses’ producting logistics and packaging systems, in order to realize remote monitoring for the overall system and every functional module and statistics, storage, network sharing and report output for productions’ information.7, We test the efficiency of system main function module, and the test results were analyzed. Through a large number of tests of the whole system, every module detection accuracy and efficiency are concluded. Finally, the system design and development process are summarized, the shortcomings and insufficiency existing in the system are pointed out and the improvement planning are proposed.
