With the continuous development of human society,the electric power system is reform,market supply and demand also produced change,power supply enterprises also had a major change,has been used by the original power suppliers and managers into power operators and power provider.In addition,because of the economic level of ascension,as living standards improve,the human society demands for power supply service has entered a new stage,the power supply enterprise can only be combined with market demand and its own actual situation continuously improve service quality,in order to satisfy people growing demand for services,which provide necessary guarantee for the long-term development.The first objective of this paper is to solve the problem of residential electricity service,the second goal is to improve the quality of residential electricity service,before the paper into a draft,a large number of related literature at home and abroad,the author studied on the basis of these studies has carried on the investigation to the actual situation of residential electricity,combined with the theory of necessary analysis,ably to combination of service quality theory,thus found the residents phenomenon in the process of electricity service and its influencing factors,for these phenomena,puts forward the solving methods and measures for improvement.This article is on the basis of relevant theories of practical research,the main research object is NL electric power supply company power supply customer service,the results of these surveys find out existing problems and causes,and puts forward the reasonable approach.The first part of the main content of the research background,significance,method,content and research situation at home and abroad literature.The main content of the second part is the related theory and the concept has carried on the profound elaboration,in this part,what is the quality of service,what is the power supply service quality,service quality evaluation model are introduced.The main content of the third part is about the present situation of NL electric power supply company's service quality evaluation and the questionnaire design are introduced,including company profile and management status,the situation of power supply,power supply service;The fourth part is the main content of the NL electric power supply company is given the power supply service quality promotion strategy,including improving the marketing system,improve the staff training system,the ascension of the power supply reliability,etc.The fifth part is the main content of this article finally summarized,mainly is the deficiency of this article and its outlook.Hope this research can truly reflect the residential electricity service quality,for later analysis and improve the quality of residential electricity service to provide important reference value.
