The reform of the global energy system began in the late 1970 s,and most countries have gradually completed the reform and introduced the electricity market competition mechanism.As the most important energy enterprise in the national economy,the State Grid Corporationof China has always emphasized the system over the market,and monopoly sales are also an important manifestation of the company.In November 2015,a new round of power system reform was officially launched,and the reformed power transmission and distribution market will be partially supervised by State Grid Corporation.Fully open up the upstream and downstream power generation and sales,and improve the market access and exit system,cultivate the market through multiple channels on the power sales side of the power grid,and gradually establish a new business model dominated by social capital.Therefore,power supply enterprises are currently facing great pressure from the innovation of the state power supply system.In the current form,power supply companies need to keep up with the new era,improve service capabilities and competitiveness,aim to improve service quality and customer satisfaction,and constantly improve their own service shortcomings.Power supply companies need to more accurately grasp customer requirements,and continue to provide more high-quality and considerate services based on customer needs,enhance the company’s core competitiveness,and achieve sustainable long-term development of the company.This paper mainly studies the rural power customers of A power supply company.Adopt the service level of A power supply company’s rural power customers and the customer satisfaction questionnaire,it analyzes the current service problems of the company’s rural power customers,and finds out if customers are not satisfied with the service.The specific reasons for the high service quality are proposed,and specific plans and safeguards to improve service quality are proposed.Firstly,the related theories of service quality and customer satisfaction are sorted out,and several commonly used classic models of customer satisfaction are presented.According to the current situation of the rural power service of A power supply company,and relying on the China Customer Satisfaction(CCSI)model,the relevant questionnaire and satisfaction index model suitable for A power supply company’s rural power customers are designed,and the survey is carried out in the power supply area of A power supply company.Investigate,analyze and summarize.This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the rural power customer service of A power supply company,And based on this,it proposes a strategy for improving the customer satisfaction of rural power customers of A power supply company.This paper studies the service quality improvement strategies of domestic power supply enterprises in rural areas,which is to find the shortcomings of current power supply enterprises in rural power services,which is conducive to guiding the comprehensive improvement of high-quality service work of power supply enterprises.It is also instructive.
