Service quality is the focus of the enterprise competition in 21 century. With thestructural reform of the electric power, Anshan power supply has changed from pricecompetition and quality competition to service quality competition. Service quality iscritical for the development of Anshan power supply. Thus, creating a scientific,consolidate, and normative service quality management system is a problem needs to besolved quickly. This paper analyzed current status of Anshan power supply's service anddiscussed service quality management system of Anshan power supply's and its servicequality management strategy based on the theory of power supply quality management.By analyzing the customer satisfaction evaluation system, we have given model ofAnshan power supply's service quality evaluation system. And by construction customerevaluation system and evaluation system with the company, we could have the integratedresult of Anshan power supply's service quality.
