As a large-scale power generation equipment manufacturing company,D company experienced a rapid development from 2004 to 2014.Since 2015,the amount of profit has dropped to 20 million yuan,which was a total annual profit of 580 million yuan.In 2016,the loss was nearly 600 million yuan.In the situation where the macroeconomic situation has turned "new normal" and the demand in the industry continues to decline.How to find a way to break through and realize the transformation and upgrading of the company once again take off is imminent.This paper first introduces the research background,and summarizes the research status and content of corporate strategies in recent years.It laid a theoretical foundation for how to formulate a strategic framework suitable for Company D.This paper mainly uses SWOT analysis to determine company strategy.In SWOT analysis,PEST analysis and industry internal pre-judgment form the opportunity part of SWOT analysis.Through the analysis of Porter's five-force model,it finds the threat part of SWOT.Applying the company's core competitiveness and internal short board analysis,we found the advantages and disadvantages of the company in SWOT,which formed the SWOT matrix and obtained four strategic choices.After the company's upper level discussion,the strategy of the company's WO Strategy was determined,which in turn determined medium and long-term development planning and strategic implementation schedule..Finally,in order to effectively implement the strategy of Company D,eight safeguard measures have been formulated,including organizational integration,human resources protection,capital protection plans,project management capability enhancement,supply chain protection plans,investment risk control and protection,and information construction.The contents of the eight aspects of the protection plan and corporate culture construction.Currently D company is landing various safeguard measures.Establish a strategy-oriented corporate management system,and continue to correct its own direction based on changes in the company's environment in order to continue to approach corporate vision and achieve corporate mission.The analysis results of this paper are intended to provide effective help for the strategic management of Company D,and havepractical value for the construction and implementation of the strategy of state-owned power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises.
